We certainly shouldn't jump to conclusions (though who am I kidding, that's what this entire thread is about and I myself have been guilty of this countless times), but I would like to know the answer to that question.
We will never know the cost implications because eASIC won't allow them to be released. All we do know is that eASIC are designing the custom 28nm and at the same time Ken has said we are in a 'fantastic' financial position. That does not say to me that we have had to fork out another 1Mill. So clearly eASIC are moving forward with the full-custom without any significant extra dollar input from ACtM. |

Well I'll put it this way. I don't think the move from 45nm to 28nm - which has taken eASIC 3 years - comes without a need for new equipment for their inhouse engineers. If you know any different let me know but it's a bit of a side issue and I think you are just trying to start an argument?? It is all a bit moot though, as it seems pretty unlikely eASIC is involved with the 28nm design. If this is, in fact, the case, the 1mil NRE to eASIC would be considered, for lack of better term, poof? if indeed it is poof, that's an expensive education. and to think we as shareholders funded that... eASIC is doing the 28nm chip - it is not poof, your brain cells are poof. our Project manager and engineers working with eASIC on our 28nm custom chip.

I have no interest in FUD as I've got a not insignificant amount of money riding on this. I used to be a borderline cheerleader but then stepped back my enthusiasm a bit as less than awesome news was coming out. Though now that we're getting more concrete info, I've more or less returned and am trying to catch up a bit. |

It seems that you are avoiding your shareholder's concern regarding not having access to their shares for a number of months now. I'd like to reiterate that this is not acceptable behavior, but that isn't why I'm writing you this afternoon.
A number of us have noticed that the "outstanding" share value on Crypto-Trader has been incrementing as the Ukyo share wall has been eaten up. Why is this happening?

It would seem to me, that CT does not count AMC own shares as outstanding, so as they are sold the number of outstanding starts goes up. Ken, The problem here is that as shares are sold to investors they are also added to the outstanding share value, which dilutes the share value as it effectively creates an extra share for each sold. Currently CT states that ActM has nearly 400,000 outstanding shares (392128 / 25000000 Outstanding). This is a significant increase in outstanding shares. How many shares are actually outstanding? Think what you like finfloss but I have given Ken a hard time publicly and in a strongly worded pm which he hasn't replied to (that's a first) over the last few days. I know it's really hard for some of you to accept that zumzero is capable of this as it doesn't fit with the notion that I might be anything other than either a Slaughter or a paid shill.
I'm not going to ignore you, I just seem to gloss over when I start reading your posts so apologies if I don't remember your constructive contributions. I would love to argue my case here, but I genuinely loose all motivation when you challenge me like this, but hey-ho onwards and upwards.

Personally I know -you- are a moron but I wouldn't say that as you must get it a lot. I mean you don't seem to understand how a large shareholder saying they are going to dump their shares at 0.0002 could possibly effect current spot price of 150% higher. That is as ludicrous as your angry outbursts and insulting and threatening PM's. Please sell up soon as trading starts and go find someone else to be angry at. Mucho grasias.
