Ken--- Start verification of shares now.
Ken why the fuck hasn't this been done yet?? Please no more lies about our shares until the verification process has started. I've been buying some ridiculously cheap shares this week and I appreciate the opportunity but if you haven't noticed NOBODY is buying your walls anymore. Dumping Ukyo's/ACTM shares before we get the chance to trade is questionable and confidence has been lost in you by many. Your horrendous PR and grade-school spelling errors have apparently turned people off of buying since Wednesday (before that the strong buy volume had me shocked, but understandable seeing as .0005 is a steal). Get it together ASAP. There's been enough excuses and bullshit, pissing off shareholders will not do you any good. I would hate to have to rally the troops again to spam VMC phone lines to get some answers... Yeah I was buying before Wednesday's announcement, stopped as soon as I read Ken's statement. |

Ken, you are blocking us so you can make some bitcoin back, here is a better idea, why not let us trade and get that 55nm hashing. I am sure an actual chip will make you far more than 100 bitcoin.
In fact the dividends from those 200,000+ shares would be well over 100 bitcoin if everything went to plan, but the fact that you are dumping them all shows that you do not believe those shares will ever return enough dividends.
Either you need that cash immediately and ActiveMining is close to being broke or you have no faith those 200,000 shares would have ever made 100 bitcoin in dividends.
All in all this does not look good at all.
The UKYO share mess and the active blocking of every single shareholder shows that things are terrible behind the scenes and I'm guessing Bargraphics was in on this too.

I am selling Ukyo shares to get Active Mining BTC back that he owes us. The problem with keeping the shares is that Ukyo may do some legal like declaring bankruptcy to keep us from selling the shares in the future or claiming the dividends from the shares. This has nothing to do with our needing BTC, or that we don't have faith in the company. We are in an excellent financial position. |

This has nothing to do with our needing BTC, or that we don't have faith in the company. We are in an excellent financial position.
It's been a while since you released financials... might start there... or with releasing our shares. Honestly you are loosing trust by delaying. If everything is as you say... there is little risk in putting this to bed and moving on to business. |

It's seems pretty apparent that these Ukyo shares will be sold prior to Ken transferring investors shares to CT. Perhaps Ken should drop the price of the remaining Ukyo shares in order to expedite the process? This would appease shareholders and demonstrate that Ken is listening to us and more importantly allow DTS to sell me all his shares for 0.0002, hehe.  |

If we are in an excellent financial position then sell the remaining Ukyo shares for 1btc if you have to, just put this episode behind us and move on. It has become an enormous distraction and is potentially fatal to the company the longer it continues. I can not stress enough how damaging this is becoming. Get rid of Ukyo's shares and restore shareholders ability to trade.
