We are in an excellent financial position.
To everyone new to this thread: This was the quarterly financial update of ActM (detailed version). It will take some getting used to, I know. But that is how we do things 'round here...

... If you call a bunch of Drama Queens getting over-excited 'damaging' then you might be right.
I, for one, am enjoying Ken's performance.

I can not stress enough how damaging this is becoming.
If you call a bunch of Drama Queens getting over-excited 'damaging' then you might be right. How is it not damaging when long term supporters start switching sides? I'm a ball hair away from doing just that and trust me, you don't want me and crumbs on the same team. At this moment in time I'm ready to write off my investment as a total loss and only Ken can prevent that from happening. Fortunately I am not over invested however it would be an enormous blow. Ken's selective approach to PR is questionable at best. It's downright dishonest and misleading at worst. We need answers right now. Why are we not trading?

Why are we not trading?Because Ken never planned on getting the shares traded again. Or he has some announcement why it took several months to get us trading again. Whereas that announcement will never get going because the idea being that announcement will be replaced by something better. Repeat until the end of eternity.

(rage...)
Why are we not trading?
I told y'all, because Ken wants to make another HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS by selling Ukyo's shares to the biggest retards out there who are still willing to buy this failscam. Problem is, if the masses are ever allowed to trade, there will be no retards left... he knows that. Boo-hoo for us.

What is with the arguing? The situation seems cut and dry to me.
- Nobody knows anything. - Ken wants to make back Active's 100 BTC (200000*.0005=100) - Nobody will trade until Active makes back the money - Nobody will buy until there is evidence of miners/dividends

Gentlemen! Pool your restores and and purchase Ukyo's debt from Kenneth. Or loan him a few bux 'till the ASICs start asicing. Or brain some derivative that would make Rube Goldberg proud -- those always work in a pinch...

Well almost, the sale of the shares was going really well until the shareholders started listening to the Tolls again and panicked like little children. Nothing new there. The shares would have been sold within 5 days and we would have had enough money to pay back a few btc to Ukyo too - but too many people on here just can't see the bigger picture. Keep listening to them Trolls kiddies.

hi funkybits,
I'm fully invested, so don't want any more. It won't be regulars who buy/have been buying these shares, it will be mostly newcomers. God knows what they must think reading this shambles.

It's a shambles because it is being poorly managed. There are genuine shareholders expressing concerns here and that needn't have been the case if Ken had managed the situation better.
A little transparency goes a long way.

Almost shed a tear at the "pay back a few btc to Ukyo" part. So touching.

I'll finish.
Edit: before I get carried away, I'm going to quit. My continuing to post on this thread will only worsen matters. I'll log in again once there is something for me to be more happy about. Ken, please pull the finger out. I genuinely believe you can make ActM a brilliant success and want to see that happen, but you are not infallible and when enough of your shareholders start shouting from the rooftops, it's a strong signal that you should take heed. Crack on with getting these shares listed ASAP. In your words you said it was your top priority, which means you either honour them or explain to people why things have changed.

Are you being paid to say all this ? This is all Ken's fault , you just can't blame this on the trolls. Even a dead horse could have handled the situation better. All we want is better communication and an iota proof of what's happening behind the scenes. If he wants all of Ukyo's shares to be sold soon then why not just address the situation , give a reason for the delay and a fixed date for the verification site to be up. Also post a picture of contract with AMC or any such tangible evidence to support his promises. This can restore some much needed confidence . But no , whats the fun in that . Lets keep nervous shareholders guessing , speculating , agitated and make the thread all spicy. At this point the biggest troll here is none other than our 'honorable' CEO himself.

I agree, we need better communication from Ken or someone doing detailed PR. We need the shares tradable immediately to avoid further damage IMO. People are freaking out, and I can't blame them. Info needs to be more forthcoming, and promises should be kept or at least commented on. If the shares being verified was such an easy task, then please knock it out and get it done ASAP (not tomorrow, but today). If you won't do that Ken, then please comment as to why...thank you.

In case anyone hasn't heard yet, ASICMiner plan on producing 400 - 1600 Ph/s of gen 3 chips. And no, that's not a typo.

try 2-20 PH/s? If gen3 was to last for 3 years then yes, they would be putting an exahash online in those 3 years. You're forgetting to put the context

It's hilarious that VE is too ashamed to post under his account because he destroyed his reputation as he exposed himself to be the cretinous creature he is, and yet continues to post under pseudonyms while maintaining the public perception that he is actually VE. Good work CanadianGuy. I only post in this thread as Volaniceruptor now. This thread literally takes up about 5 minutes / day from me. I have basically given up and come to terms with my losses. All I can say is this, you all need to stop attacking each other and work as a group to make your demands more noticable. Zumzero, I liked your post saying Ken needs to quit the BS with share verification otherwise he will alienate himself from shareholders. Keep that up...
