It would have to be a redesign, but not much of one.
I am slightly wondering about the chip dimensions. You have stated that ActiveMining chip package dimensions are going to be 11mmx11mm. However I believe bitfury chip package dimensions are 7mmx7mm. The board seems fairly tightly packed with the 7x7mm chips. If you increase the size of package you would have to decrease the number of rows and columns of chips to make them fit. So I do not understand how this could be not much of a redesign as basically everything changes. Changing the chip dimensions and even moving them around really isn't much of a change. It's a pretty simple respin of the board that wouldn't take more than a couple days, maybe one if you sat down and worked on it full time. As long as the interface and communications protocol is similar, the size of the chips is pretty much a non-factor. his most recent post about the boards is that they would hold 24 ActM chips, not 32 chips like the board he has in the pictures. we all know Ken has posted pictures of "product" that are not representative of their final states. this appears to be one of those times. I'm not trying to justify it, not knowing if the chips your engineers are using for prototyping are BFL or Bitfury is pretty strange. I'm just saying that a change in package size or even the number of chips isn't a big deal, so that doesn't invalidate what he said other than not knowing what chip it was. It could just be a stock image (though I've never seen the "Ultradense I-Card") or it could be what he said.

Can we just get some photos of the letter from the State to see that it is legit? That would take Ken about 1 minute to throw together for us to see.
And don't come back and say the lawyer has it, because apparently you haven't met with him yet.

The recurrence of poor spelling, creative capitalization and insider information makes me think this is another kslaugher sockpuppet. I had to go back to see what you were talking about, and you are totally right. I have never seen anybody use "creative capitilization" like that other than Kslaughter himself. He always puts capitals where they shouldn't Be, and I always thought that was very Unique of him. I bet you its fucking Ken, or that Ken has partial control of this users account..

Wow can no one see that the image of the board and chips that is posted that you guys are so wildly claiming as that pic quality don't exist any more is of a smaller image BLOWN up to a Very much larger scale and that is why the Quality of the image was so drastically reduced
If anyone cares to see the True clear image then check out the Chip Sale link and you can see the UN-blurred Image
So get real VE and Grow up and Act like a man and not a Butt hurt 2 year old and calling in False Reports to the Mo Div of Sec.
Because you do know that when they clear him of your False Claims, that you can Be arrested for Filing a False Report to a State Agency, I hope you took that into account when you called the false claims in.
Also by filing the false claims you also opened your Self up to Lawsuit for Deformation of Character and Slander, Not to mention also when they clear him they will be providing ken with a full report of all the info they have on their investigation of the person who made the reports to them and the persons Personal info also......... So BEWARE VE I see LOTS of Legal trouble in your Future esp if ken lets them know about your death threats you made against his life and the fact that he can back them up with proof from this Forum
Enjoy your Time in jail and pending lawsuits you will most likely be facing
BYE BYE
Bring it. I am not doing anything illegal. I laughed at your post. I am already expecting a few calls back regarding this whole situation and I will take it as far as I can. Nothing is false by pointing out obvious lies. I personally think Kens entire family deserves to get nailed for this because they all co-operated.

well once again V.E you would be wrong if you think i am ken or that he has control of my account. So how about you stick to what you know how to do, and that would be spreading fud and fear and misinformation like you always do. "BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" How are those 50k shares that you "claim" to still own? ?

*facepalm* The delusional powers are strong in you... What part of what I said was delusional? The only delusional people are the ones who think this was a valid way to invest in a company and that they will be getting dividends, or own some actual shares of this company. Now youre right again. You need a big portion of luck to make a profit with these kind of investments. And it doesnt look for me like that will be the case anymore. But its delusional to first invest in such a game and then to await that big papa government can make everything ok again by somehow making ken give all invested coins back. That wont ever happen. If at all one could await back a fraction of his investment. Ken most probably will never be able to create the amount of bitcoins to pay everything back on his own. So "demanding" sounds childish somehow. Like you only have to demand it with a strong voice and all bad things go away. Sorry... you cant be realistic in judging this venture more as a gambling than an investment and at the same time dream that it somehow would be possible that ken can give back all coins now.

Guess what, demanding that you get your money back is just the first step in litigation. Slap yourself in the face a few more times to realize that I didn't think people actually will GET any money back. You have to ask to know of course.

I have come to terms with that, and using his private messages as part of my legal attack. Ken may think all is quiet on his doorstep right now, but there are a lot of busy people gathering information on him and looking at his assets. No wonder you sounded so "intimidated' during your interview with him.. he's probably you're uncle. Did he touch you in bad places? There are people who can help you. Revenge will be sweet, fellas. I suggest you all take the steps and don't wait for me to do it all.

V.E can't you just let it go. Its control freaks like you that messed up the whole fiat game we are trying to escape. Not a personal attack, but just a mindset we are suffering from from TPTB. There is plenty of time for asic growth with new coins always coming out and hope for new miners. I'd rather lose btc due to a failed business and...which I think in time Actm will get its act together and be a good company, than actively destroying this company. We all kmiw this is the wild west, and km ow who Ken is and where he lives. That's incentive enough for Ken to try his best. Most asic companies now arnt doing as well as advertised....are we behind a little, maybe yes, but I'd rather see where this expirement goes without intervention...like btc itself. I can go on but you get the idea. Please can you stop messing with Ken and let him win or lose on his own like any good liberty loving American would. That was the foundation that the US was built on. Trying..some win some lose, but trying is what always creates progress. In the end you did enough to kill the eASIC deal, and now the SEC boondoggle. You did a great job, now its time to retire. Remember there's other shareholders, and maybe some authorities should check out your operation one day. Be easy dude

Btw, gambling is illegal or highly regulated in this country as well.
How is gambling illegal? I can go to a casino tonight and blow X dollars legally and I wont be arrested. I can bet on sports, and other things. I really don't see why you think gambling is illegal in the US unless you are talking about another country but you didnt say the country so I am assuming its the US. So you just gloss over that OR ?? Come on. If you need a refresher on gambling laws, look on google.

Thank you for bringing down the company and helping to waste the companies BTC with your BS, I hope you get countersued into the ground. I really wish idiots like you would realize that investing in an unregulated market is a huge risk and you can't go crying to your government to bail you out its BTC not the USD. Get real go invest in USD if you want to involve the authorities when things go wrong or be your own caveat emptor in the BTC land you little wining bitch. This is a US based company, they are regulated, and choosing to ignore the regulations doesn't excuse them from responsibility. Did you think that bitcoin was an excuse for money laundering and theft?

Highly regulated does not mean illegal, it just means there are regulations to legally starting a gambling operation. It can't be illegal or highly regulated. Its either legal and highly regulated or illegal and not regulated since its illegal. You're pretty dumb, it's no wonder you fell for this scheme.

Looks like you have fallen for every scam in the book, good job. Hey, guess what, gambling is illegal in some states, and highly regulated in others. LOOK IT UP. It's not a free for all, just like actm doesn't get a pass on SEC regulations because they took bitcoin.

Typical actm "investor" ^^ Hey little guy, feel free to ignore me. I stick with the goal, if one person reads my posts and doesn't make an idiotic decision, I'm happy.
Prove it isn't a scam, idiot.
The reason there ARE regulations is that there are people dumb enough to give money to con artists and fraudsters in the belief that a slim chance of winning the lottery will happen for them every time. Hell, it's just like people who play the lottery. Ever talk to someone who plays the lottery every week? Ever tally up their total spendings with compounded interest and make them sad?

I work for the government ....believe me they will not understand btc ornits many applications which are expanding by the day. They are scared shitless of it for reasons we all know as seasoned bitcoiners. Last thimg we need is for them to think, and for us as a community to allow them jurisdiction ober bitcoin and its applications. Bitcoin and actm is a clear follower of the precedent set by the supreme court case Cherokee Nation Vs. Georgia....long story short ......they have no jurisdiction....modern examples china reversing its stance, and some other Asian country...I forget what one. I don't want to make this a federal case, but I would like Ken to ask proof of jurisdiction in a respectful honorable way from the authorities...if it gets that far. For now work on the core business!!!!
