Since the bitcoin network hashrate difficulty started to grow, a more powerful device was needed for them. Thus, ASICs were introduced into the market and now bitcoin is being mined mainly by them. ASICs do the mining calculations faster, but they consume more energy.

Experts are talking about bitcoin as being controlled by Satoshi nakamuto that owns a very big amount of bitcoins and controls the market in their favor. So far they didn't made any mistakes to reveal themselves but soon we will find the truth and bitcoin will suffer because that. So right now things are pretty fuc*ed up with bitcoin and all this prices manipulations and I don't think that I'd going to end good. Other coins have the possibility to make a very faster and prove to people that they are better and more trusted. They just have to take action

Yes, some currencies have high growth rates. More than BTC and ETH. But there are so many pennies so we can not talk about them. But if you invest the right amount of money they will bring you extremely high profits.

right . According to what I see, the rate of altcoin coin increase more than the coin as BTC, ETH. And it seemed to me that the risk involved investing in these coins. And if you accept the risk, you will be more profitable.

I don't think bitcoin needs to compete to other alt coins since bitcoin has always been the best coin so far. Maybe what you mean is they are fast in creating new coins always. Maybe bitcoin is made to be like that, even if it is decentralized it is effectively becoming popular and accepted more in many places. Its like bitcoin is just chilling while looking at all other coins doing their best to match bitcoin.

Ofcourse bitcoin already have a big market cap, so definitely small market cap altcoins with real use will have a chances in terms of growth..

If anything gets bigger to the level of Bitcoin than it is bound to get slower, its just a part of the ecosystem. As the coin gets more decentralized its going to get slower and slower, as no single person is taking the decisions anymore but the whole community and this is bound to make the whole process slow.

I think altcoin is not moving faster than bitcoin. altcoin prices are always under bitcoin power therefore all crypto currencies will always experience a balanced movement, if bitcoin increases then altcoin also increases and if bitcoin decreases then altcoin will also decrease.

Do you think that Bitcoin has become too slow to compete with the relatively quick alt coins out there? Is it realty competitive to have a slow community rather than a centralised decision making in development?
In other words, does the community effect of decentralisation enough to counterbalance the difficult decision making processes?
I think the movement of some very fast coin is due to good news in the coin so it can trigger the price increase coin, if there is no good news yes of course there is no movement very fast. |

Yes, definitely there are coin which move faster than bitcoin but not as reliable as the bitcoin...

not all all the coins only or much thats market is good and they are big or king coins whose value increasing with more speed as few weeks before many are come down but with the passage of time its going up up and up.

I think that the only other coin that can potentially compete with BTC as far as price percentage goes is ETH.
Other than that, alt coins will be able to accumulate gains but not at a rate comparable to BTC or even ETH.

Yes other coins move faster because of the price of buying bitcoin and their transaction fees this day is at the high side and so many countries can not afford it because of the value of their country currency or is just too much for they have no such found.
So they go for other coins they know have will have value in future and have to believe in their project and they can buy it.

Introduction of many new alt in the market is a good indication of a strong digital crypto market but not means they can easily move faster than old coins especiallg for bitcoin. |

Altcoin price increase more than the price of bitcoin because altcoin price are cheaper than bitcoin, can you see the price gap between altcoin and bitcoin are very far. Bitcoin already increase it's value for 9 years and there is no altcoin can beat it. Until now bitcoin still become a king of crypto currency |
