Very Big issues with Victor and his level of support lately; 7 btc at stake. Truly unfortunate that he is ignoring emails, will have to share the bad story here.

What I know about Victor is that he will not be online most of the times but once he comes online he will reply and that is not good for gamblers who are facing issues. He should engage some support team members to answer gamblers quickly.

I wil post the full details, with screenshots, timestamps, etc if Victor doesn't resolve this off-line. I'm giving him a chance to make things right; I'm sure he's busy with school and that's the reason why he's not in here, or answering his emails for over 24 hours.

But usually after 24 hours he will reply it oncr and then keep going on it. Whenever £ have issued on here, he always replied any single of my issues and fix it ASAP. But I do not know about your problem here. May be it is right thing to post your issues on their support first. And you do not really need to post it here after it not yet confirmed from their emails

This has been resolved on our end.  We always try to respond within 24hrs of receiving a support email.

Yes, the casino will remain online.  As I mentioned in the post above we try to respond to all support emails within 24hrs.

I'm wondering why this issue is still happening till these days, it should be credited instantly unless victor has just changed it to manual deposit. Better to send him a ticket support or direct pm, so your deposit can be credited to your account as soon as he/she read your ticket/pm.

You need to send an email to support@coinroyale.com? It is the best way to contact coinroyale if you have such issue. Like what said by victorhing some time ago. If you have sent it already but it is still not resolved then send him a reminder. I know it is annoying, but nothing else you can do except keep informing him and waiting.
