it's looks like the site run by one or two person only , i can't see there's a good support or something to help and solve player problem as soon as possible. sometimes you need to wait up to 7 days  just to get a reply from the support or it's just admin itself. this is really unfortunate for a site that have made a good comeback. frequently happened to me since last year this kind problem. idk if he take this matter seriously for future improvement. but waiting are annoying right? hope your deposit get confirmed soon.

You can't withdraw until all deposits are confirmed and now you have to wait for Victor to manually confirm your first deposit.
I'm sure that they will solve this soon and most likely compensate you for the inconvenience caused.
I didn't face this problem since I can play instantly without confirmation.

okay it's confirmed as 0.52 only? or the whole 3 bitcoin confirmed? anyway i used blockchain web wallet previously and got this problem several times , but when i have moved to mycellium i never get this problem anymore . it might happened because of the wallet provider? or maybe it's just another internal problem happened there, idk exactly but i can suggest you to try mycellium wallet or maybe make a testing with another wallet . goodluck!

The thing is is that i play dice rolls on coinroyale and sports betting on directbet , i deposit money from my trading account to directbet and all the win is re-transferred to coinroyale automatically, but as early moring i won on directbet and amount was transferred to coinroyale address and it was confirmed on blockchain but it is showing pending in coinroyale account, i made a quick loss on polo and cashed out around 0.52 btc and deposited on coinroyale for rolling dice , it got confirmed but when i tried to withdraw it it is showing "some transactions are unconfirmed".
