The sum is very serious. Here you are right. But nobody forces to collect this quantity. It is enough to gather a half and the project in principle it will be able to be started. Other quantity of tokens can be burned or still some options will be offered by the developer.

I know it's sounds good that Traxia is part with Cardano Hub but the world of crypto is unpredictable. No such things are assured to be successful in the future.
