There is big difference between opinions and misunderstand ! Anyone who is saying merge with Cardano, he didn't understand what's all this about ! Cardano is like Ethereum, you can issue token, build smart contract and Dapp on their blockchain. However, unlike ethereum, Cardano has another company called Emurgo that helps projects build Dapp on Cardano's blockchain ( in Ethereum case, third parties do this and not ethereum directly ).
