A great many people here lost comparable sums in their portfolio however they are simply enduring it since they figure the cost will return up, which bodes well.

If you invested in Dec 2017, you lost more than 50% like everyone else (or almost everyone).
It's just the market... Now chose your investment and we will go up again soon.

look you have done nothing wrong a lot of people did like what you did and also me but thats okay about the money you lost wait for the coins and dont sell any thing now its a bad time for the market wait at least for dec and maybe you make profit .. and the profit you made from the coin you invest in sell the coin and try to invest in another coins but first do search and ask people who have been in market for long time you dont know maybe you will make 3x or more.. and the  most important thing dont blame your self Wink

Use this market lull to calm down & do your homework and research to find the hidden gems to earn back your losses. Focus on the undiscovered new ones, because the upside potential in good ones is much greater than in the established ones. Upside multiples can be a totally different game. You just need to do your research carefully and don't trust ICO listing sites etc. because ratings can be bought. Careful research is very important to avoid scams and other low quality projects - don't trust anyone but your own research!

I have been recently following Stellar that is generally on the rise and the tokens issued on the Stellar platform - now there is a bump like in any cryptocurrency over the past few days, but generally Stellar is on the rise because of the prospective Coinbase listing and other advances. This will also boost tokens issued on the Stellar platform...

My most recent find among alts is AXU, "Argentas Exchange Unit" token issued on the Stellar platform and listed and verified on the Stellarport decentralized exchange, now only at its pre-distribution, or pre-ICO phase. A true hidden diamond, with low profile so far. Experienced people clearly, and cool tech for decentralizing and revolutionizing global banking - their website at argentas.io.

The pre-ICO price is 50% cheaper than the ICO price, a sure winner IMO, and I will certainly get some. They also have an ANN thread, I think here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4431900.0. I dug really deep in their content, and it is really cool stuff Grin But don’t forget your own research!

Most people lost money this year, there is a global decline. We must wait for the market to recover and buy promising coins.

Either cut loss which means sell your tokens at this point and invest in some other coin which has some recent news, update or partnership.

That's bad, but I will say and suggest you is that before you invest in any investment you first make the research before investing in it but the o e you lose that's gone already, put I promise you, you will get it on another investments

Keep a clear mind, don't worry, the market will not continue to be at a low point, calmly analyze this market, don't panic sell your coins, I believe that you can finally profit from this market, I hope you can succeed.

Start all over again until you reach your losses. Just keep buying long-term coins, look for which of your coins are good in the long run. Do not forget to do your own research on each coin so that in the future there are no surprises.

What's the unfortunate news  Sad But do not let go of your hands, but think about how this can happen to anyone. Take it on yourself and do not give up.

So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?

I think you made big mistake back then. You buy the coins when the price skyrocketed. This action may profitable if you make it on time when you chasing the hype. But if you buy them and the market start to correcting back, you will not gain anything and loss. Always buying when the market is low.

You have a great portfolio, unfortunately you enter at the wrong time. But I am very sure if you are patient enough to wait for the next big cycle, maybe you will regret it when you don't bet on all your savings.

Easy Money. Easy to come, easy to leave. Few people can correctly dispose of easy money. It's sad, but that's life.

If you have already lost half of your Investment Portfolio, then the best option for you would be to forget about it until the market will recover because it is too late to sell in too early to buy.
