Thanks for the tip, I installed the correct driver and I am running the HEX Miner from technobit.
I can get each card to fire up individually and they seem to "do" something, leds are flashing, but I am not sure if this is really working yet. See http://postimg.org/image/pxjyug757/ for a screenshot. I get a 0 GH/s and only 3 chips seem to be doing something.

This is probably far from the correct setup, as I said earlier I need Jim to provide me with the correct instructions.

I originally ordered in Oct 10, although it took me 1 week to get paypal to accept my order and Jim was patient during that time. I am not sure which date was used, 10/3 or 10/10.

I think you have to use the Stratum proxy. http://technobit.eu/index.php?controller=attachment&id_attachment=8

So that you use the hexminer + stratum proxy, and the hexminer software connects to the pool via the proxy app.

You may want to try running the boards on a linux box with the hex patched cgminer:

Thank you dave111223, the stratum proxy was indeed required.
I got this sweet thing running now, thanks to you good people of this forum. See http://postimg.org/image/raux7qah1/

I think we can get these cards running to 64GH/s but I am not going to play with voltage and such for now. I am going to let it run overnight like this.

Not sure how you would expect to get it to 64GH/s ? These supposedly only overclock to 40GH/s which is what you are already running at?

Let us know how it goes.

Only interested in the big ones. Plenty of quicker options for 200 GH/s.
But great to see they are shipping and communicating. At least somewhat.
Not sure how those 3 cards get to 192 GH/s. But I guess we will find out.

Is 60 days terrible? From what I've read this appears to be a nice time frame. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I took that hmm to mean (60 day delivery) not bad!  That's certainly the way I see it after waiting seven months (after payment) on Butterfly Labs; and some waited a whole lot longer than me.  And yes, yes, I know some can say "but I was told this time frame".  There again, a Butterfly Labs rep told me to expect my miner by early August....I got in in November.  A lot of this is just the industry, demand, supply of components, etc.  No matter how you look at it though, the recent 192 gh/s miner post has shifted the discussion from if to when... and that's a good thing. I ordered the smallest one (80GHs) by credit card on 12/13, and have order number #1068, which is "on hold". I left them a message to please call and that I could pay over the phone plus come down there in person, but haven't heard back. From the above posts they seem to have been swamped with calls and pick a few at random. I don't want to wait until January until they can process more CC payments. I'd even come down there with cash in person if need be and consider a larger unit as well. I just hope I won't lose my place in line for the 3 or 4 week time frame.

i think they are swamped to be honest and have "many" in line waiting to pay cash. i wouldn't hold your breath for a CC payment.

My Hex16B runs at 45GH/s @ 900v setting.

"40 - 64 Gh/s" was Technobits 08 October estimate. They probably planned on it meeting it's top estimate.

What an astonishing concentration of cheer-leading newbie posters in this thread, many of whom claim to have ordered the 1.2TH product:

alsey7:  1 week old account, very first post is a thinly disguised AMT ad
Clenell:  3 week old, took 2 posts in newbie jail before mentioning wanting to buy AMT
Chazaki: 1 week old account, and already "extremely grateful for AMT" as "they are one of the few companies daring to take on this incredibly unstable market." (really?)
NaranKPatel: 2 week old account, second post mentions AMT
YourPalToots: 1 week old account, second post mentions AMT
pierred: 2 week old account, second post mentions AMT
smelly: 2 week old account, took 10 posts before finding this thread. This guy could be legit Smiley
russellthies: relatively old (6 month) account, but inactive (purchased?) until now. First post straight to AMT thread claiming to have bought 2 1.2 TH rigs
lucianoribeiro: 1 day old account, heads straight to this thread
majalen33: 1 week old account. Immediately heads to AMT thread to cheerlead
mrpark: 2 week old account. First newbie thats not a cheerleader (yet?). Might be genuine.
frank754: 1 week old account. Third post is in AMT thread
mdtspain: 2 weeks old account. Second post in AMT thread claims to have bought 1.2 TH miner.
Burebista: 1 week old account. Second post in AMT thread. not cheerleading, may be genuine
MinerTrain213: 2 weeks old account. Second post cheerleading in AMT thread.

I may have missed some more.

Now I dont judge people by post count or age of the account, some of the above may be genuine accounts from real people who just happened to stumble upon AMT. But what are the chances of 16 newbies posters stumbling upon AMT thread almost immediately after joining this forum, ordering expensive rigs from a dubious company, and for the most part, not posting anything in any other thread?

Whats that smell?

And sure enough, so far, the only confirmation of AMT shipping anything at all comes from one of those 2 week old members. Confirmation consists of pictures of 3 off the shelve bitfury boards crammed in a PC case, something any one of us could do. Specs cant be right either and for added lulz the machine is reportedly not even working. I guess thats supposed to make it more credible.

Im not ruling out anything at this point, but forgive me for not yet rushing to send my bitcoins to AMT.
