I just saw that a bounty stopped their facebook bounty program and I read that they are stopping this program since facebook banned ICO advertisements. But I thought that individuals are free to post about the ICOs.
So someone please make clear that facebook totally banned ICO ads or not?
If yes means no more facebook campaigns right then what will be the effect on the ICO sale due to this kind of action.
I also heard on the news that crypto adverstise got banned by facebook. No need to worry guys. From what i've seen, facebook only banned cryptocurrency to be advertised on facebook ads service, not the user who post about ICO.

Facebook bounty is still available though I heard too about it. Well, you can still post about ico if it just about promoting the campaign as everybody is free to post what they like in facebook, there are some twitter, telegram and many more well it is more helpful for advertising.

Facebook has a new advertising policy pertaining to cryptocurrency, binary options, and initial coin offerings which prohibits ads that promote those types of products and services. That means no advertiser will be able to promote Bitcoin and Altcoins, or ICOs. The Facebook move was followed by numerous concerns raised by its users regarding misleading fraudulent cryptocurrency adverts. Banning Facebook adverts on ICO other community and social media will see a rise in their popularity and usages. With this ban, I believe that ICOs will then concentrate more on the other platforms.

As for me I have known about cryptocurrency first thru facebook so I hope this is just a rumor and that it will never happen soon or in the future. If this is true it will truly and greatly affect the entire cryptoworld because facebook is such a huge market for everything.

how could this happen . banning the campaign on facebook is a huge influence on all information about the ICO market. if this happens it means that it's a bit difficult for us to get information about the ICO market, but at least the leaders will also stop this campaign, no more ICO-related campaigns and about the krypto market. ..if the leaders have started to stop it, means traders also follow it ....

Bad to state it is genuine google and facebook blocked the promotion of Btc and that will extraordinarily influence the future projects. That will influence the bounty seekers. I'm a bounty seeker and I'm extremely stressed over my activity. I will presumably have no activity in the market and my salary will drop a great deal.

Nope. I've seen many bounties still active for the Facebook campaign. As far as I know, Facebook only banned ads for ICO, but for a personal account, we can still share the content about crypto and ICO project.

yes facebook right now blatantly blocks many posts and repo of the ICO bounty and this is not very good, because it was not bad to do advertising in one and the second social network.

facebook campaigns still continue to run, but we cannot change the fact that facebook is blocking all the ads creating on their site. they dont tolerate scam ICO to spread some advertisement on it, but I dont say that all ICO are scam, its just that, they want to prevent it.
You're right, Facebook campaigns is still there but not necessary as always because it has a limitations in terms of advertising it into social media they will not allow it because of scams scattered everywhere.

No strong evidence that facebook banning ICO's advertisement hence there are some news we found but is not officially true just only giving a precautionary move for the rules but stated not intended banning totally ICO's campaign.

it is not important when facebook ban cryptocurrency or not. Because crypto's value does not depend the advertisement. it is used by its technology and payment feature. I believe crypto still develop quickly.

Face book is trying to stop scamming ico from using their platform to further rip off people hence the ban. but if you are a genuine project and meet up face book demand you will continue to use their platform for your promotion.

Facebook blocks some pages of users. But those who do not abuse the placement of advertising continue to work normally. I think that soon all bounties campaign will abandon Facebook in favor of Twitter. Although, in my opinion, Twitter will follow the same example.

Yes i have encountered these problems. One of my campaigns just loose their facebook page. But after few days they got it back. Maybe facebook just ban those who are publicly showing their ICO posts. *Just my opinion

I never encounter yet a bounty campaign prohibits facebook campaign. All bounty programs I partopated had facebooks campaigns and I don't encounter yet regarding prohibiting facebook. Hoping that it will continue so that campaign helps us by paying ad token and help them to promote their product.

I recently read an article that says there is a policy on Facebook that Ads must not promote financial products and services that are frequently associated with misleading or deceptive promotional practices, such as binary options, initial coin offerings, or cryptocurrency. So it is prohibited to post links that leads to cryptocurrency, but I think it's not prohibited to repost the advertisements of the company in your bounty.
