I see we are still hashing at a whopping 0.8gh/share. Let the good times roll Smiley

Wait was it not 8 GH/share? Noooo. That was the marketing gag, saying in two years we hash 80 GH/share.

I guess there will be the next two weeks not more hardware for teramine, as the RIGS are late and bitmine.ch is fair enough not to sell their DESKS or RIGS out of que. The big question mark are too the mysterious self made pcbs they are working on. What the heck, knows when they will be ready and for sure up to six weeks later as planned.

The good thing is next week I can buy the shares for 0.025   Grin  Grin

we have our own production line at bitmine.

and your crazy if you think the price will drop to 0.025 - the yield would be over 75% at that price - it will never go that low, even if cryptx announced they were not going to add anymore hardware ontop of the 60TH/s we already have, it would still take a couple of months for the price to drop that low

assuming this is the end, and that we will not deploy anymore units fullstop(this isn't going to happen, cryptX's will deliver, i have full faith in that). a price of 0.07 is the natural bottom until the difficulty rises

Please dont feed the trolls.

Damn, I hadn't refreshed that page in awhile.
Looks like some hardware is having some issues.

Could this be why we are getting a break in the difficulty increase?
All this hardware was delayed because of issues during production and now it turns out a decent amount of the chips are faulty or at least acting up?
I am collectively referring to cointerra/bitmine/hashfast/etc. Not one company in particular.

Cointerra/bitmine/hashfast units were never properly tested before shipping

I know exactly what BDD is, thank you.

Why so hostile? Just because your opinion is different from mine doesn't mean you can behave like a dick.

I can see why others would be hostile towards you.

1) You claim to be a new user to the forum and that this is your first account.  By your posts / apparent motivations, that claim seems fairly unbelievable.  This makes you untrustworthy to those of us paying attention.

2) Some people aren't actively playing the market and have substantial sums of money tied up long in this security.  I'm not commenting on the efficacy of that strategy, rather just stating that the stakes are high.

3) When your post appears to be for the sole purpose of lowering the share price, those of us who care about the spot price get pissed. It's human nature.  Legitimate concerns are welcome, thinly veiled FUD is not.

4) Others before you (if not in fact you specifically) have repeatedly used the same tactics elsewhere, the game is old and played out in almost every security on bitcointalk.org.  See posts by Crumbs, iCEBreaker, Pankkake, Vycid etc.  I think people are just tired of the game.

Just my 2c.

Thanks for posting your concerns in a polite way.

Point 1: the forum is not the correct place to criticize users without proper evidence. If you think i am not who i say i am, ask a moderator. They should be able to verify that there are no other users on this forum that share my ip address or browser signature. Or whatever else could be used to identify me.

I'm not here to make a profit. I'm here because i enjoy discussion. You know, that thing where forums where originally created for...

About point 2 and 3, it seems that there are some people that have brought this security to make a quick buck. Don't do that. I have bitcoins because i believe in bitcoin, i own neo&bee shares because i believe in them. You should buy petamine shares because you believe in them being viable in the long term.

If everybody thought that way, nobody would be concerned about 'thinly veiled fud'. Such thing are unlikely to have an effect on the long term market price anyway.

Given the relatively 0-content update I'm really not too surprised that the share price is dropping.  I suspect it will continue to do so until people actually see some new hash coming "on the line".  :p

Common sense prevails. Who the hell would pay that much per gh? When we are mining at 8.68gh/share then the shares will be worth what they are worth then. But for now even the ridiculously overpriced cex gh are more than three times cheaper to invest in than this scheme. No offense to all the hard headed strong willed investors that bought above IPO or just invested heavily, but where are the cointerra promised compensation miners at? Anyone? Maybe hashing on the side? To be added soon? How soon? 700TH? U sure? Coz for the life of me I only see 64. Still.

Agree. Update should include detailed deployment schedule. If the deadline cannot be met, a new update should be posted before previous deadline.

Oh but there was an updated deployment schedule my friend, in case you missed it...

Quote
Deployment schedule:

Cointerra

Currently:             26 TerraMiners fully deployed
Next week:          4 TerraMiners

Bitmine:

Currently:             8 Coincraft Desks fully deployed
Next week:          62 Coincraft Desks
Week 10:              55 Coincraft Rigs
Week 11:              55 Coincraft Rigs
Week 12:              55 Coincraft Rigs

Week 13-15:       250 TH/s of custom hardware together with the first reinvestment units

We're also behind on that schedule too

I don't think we are behind of schedule....

The plan was written on 22 feb.

So the next week 24 feb. / 1 Mar. it will have deployed 62 coincraft + 4 terraminers (Total of 66 machines + 32 early deployed = 108 machines)

If you look at eligus worker details there are only 48 workers, so i think that most of 62 coincraft wasn't delivered...

All the bitmine hardware is in late.

Week 10 (3 mar. / 8 mar.) that is the current week will have to add another 55 machines, the week is quite ended and no signs of more hashing power.... so the scheduled plan of 22 feb. is outdated at present situation. (in my opinion...)

when do they start counting weeks?
Deployment started on the 13th of February, is the first week?

No i think they refers to week of the year, but this is a question that only CriptX could answer....

Normaly all good delivery is referred in this way, and i think that they are referring to the previsional delivery made form them by the asic companies that produce the hardware....

So I said if they missed the schedule they setup before, they should update a new schedule to shareholders instead of saying machines are coming.

At current mining capacity... Friday looks like we will have a very thin dividend.

I understand the concept of waiting to give news until you have good news... but even bad news (or a simple update) would be a good thing to have. Maybe every 2 days until final deployment of promised hash power?
 Huh
