Congrats for the full IPO sell out!!! +10 for "Cryptx should own shares as well" thing. From the http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/cryptx-petamine-ipo/2014/05/23"The CryptX PetaMine data-center is located in Belgium and is completely powered by wind and solar energy, thus making it both energy efficient and environmentally friendly. " But he told us that his powerplant is enough to power only 1% of PETA. I'm confused. Can you buy certified clean energy in Belgium? Anyway, good one. I'm sorry I jumped on Scryptx. I could have almost doubled my share/btc value. Shit happens. He never said it. He said, 1-6% of total energy produced by the plant goes to PETA and PETA is 100% powered from the solar plant. Except... he didn't. spend only 1% of your solar powerplant capacity
"We have a 350,000 Watt solar facility at site, which is owned by another company of us. To give you all an idea what this means: In Belgium a 350kW installation has a yearly revenue of about 300,000 Kwh. The PetaMine consumes about 500 kw or 1285 kw after IPO (500*1 + 1000*0.785), this means between 4,380,000kwh and 11,256,600kwh each year. This is without any growth! So our own electricity is only between 6.8% and ?? 1,1% of all electricity needed. What do you think such an installation costs?" I think you don't understand...the electricity produced from the 350k solar plant is only about 1-6% of all electricity used by the PetaMine.

@cryptx Will there be dividend payouts today?
From first page: To continue building a sustainable mining operation, CryptX will retain the weekly dividend it pays to unit holders until the end of the IPO. Dividends will instead be invested in additional hardware so that unit holders enjoy a much higher yield per unit.

Cryptx,
Still not answered questions: 1. Why we are hashing at 466TH instead of 503 mentioned in prospect? 2. Why there is 27 Dragon miners in prospect when according to Your weekly updates about our re-investment found we bought 39, for what we spend 220btc? 3. What option of refund from cointerra will we have or maybe it was delivered already?

You can buy certified green energy in most European countries, in some it isn´t even more expensive.

I'm from Belgium. I pay even less for 100% certified green energy with a small distributor. The main electricity distributor is just too greedy with small users. For my company, though, it's different, their prices are competitive. I've not made the math for PETA but I remember a threshold at 64 Mwh/year to get to into a new group and have access to better prices. You can make calculations on this site (only in french & dutch) http://www.monenergie.be/ or http://www.mijnenergie.be/ but you don't know about the special deals CryptX might have.

Well trading is open again despite the IPO for some reason, I grabbed a big chunk of the shares below IPO price, anyone want to take the rest? Only a few BTCs worth and the IPO will get more sales.

ATTENTION! The Public Offering for PETA is still available! Click here to buy shares at 0.0975BTC/unit! Ordering from the open market below does NOT buy from the public offering! You need to buy from the public offerings screen by clicking the above link.

Why is the public trading open when the IPO is still going?
I literally bought the last few shares in the IPO, and now I could get them for 10% less or more.
What the???

Does seem strange doesn't it, maybe contact havelock? Anyways as for dividends the prospectus says: Furthermore, all dividends from the existing PetaMine between 9 May, 2014 and the end of the IPO on 31 May, 2014 will also be invested in the new hardware.

I got 3 little shares. Someone lift the offer for 150... Edit: I don't get why we are trading.... Nobody in their right minds would pay above market price or maybe Cryptx wants to get the weak hands out?
