You can change, remove, edit, etc. the votes in Surveymonkey. That kind of sites is to vote who pays the beer between friends, not to vote the whole strategy of a project where we've invested a lot ( or not) of money.
what do you know about survey monkey? My ex-employer (which is a world wide corporate) used to use that site... and when I say my ex-employer, I am talking about a multi-bullion dollar company that has a world wide presence and has a big IT infrastructure.

The results cant be verified. What more do you need to know? My ex-employer (which is a world wide corporate) used to use that site... and when I say my ex-employer, I am talking about a multi-bullion dollar company that has a world wide presence and has a big IT infrastructure.
Did they use it to organize shareholder votes, or to consult employees what beverages they want in the hallway vending machines?

Nobody noticed that July 9 is today and not tomorrow Thursday?

As we are constantly monitoring the evolution and changes happening in the Bitcoin eco-system and accordingly need to adapt to these changes to maximize unit holders revenue we like to propose the following changes: · Convert the outstanding loan of 342.9 BTC to 4,650 PetaMine units (or 0.0735 BTC/unit) which brings the total outstanding units to 82,142. · Change the dividend payout to 100%. This gives the opportunity for everyone to choose their own reïnvestment level by purchasing additional units with their dividend. · Do a reverse split were each unit will be replaced by 14 shares, so 1 unit represents 1 GH/s of hashing power. · Pay dividends every day at 12:00 GMT. We are issuing a vote whether or not to switch to implement these changes. The vote will only be valid for current unit holders and held until Thursday, July 9 - 12:00 GMT. Votes will be weighted based on the amount of units of each individual unit holder. Based on outcome, we will make the changes to the PetaMine. Based on my admittedly limited understanding of what's going on with cryptx at this point I believe the answer to your question is 0. The hardware that cryptx has been running on for past several difficulty jumps was paid for "out of pocket" by cryptx himself. Thus the 50% dividend 50% "loan" payback. Now, if the vote does indeed pass the remaining "loan" balance of 342.90BTC cryptx would simply take 4650 cryptx shares off of what remains and place a sell order @ 0.0735 to re-coup the remaining 342 BTC and start paying out 100% dividends (which means no reinvestment fund period). A stock split of 14:1 would take place, effectively reducing per share hash from 14GH/share to 1GH/share. If I'm wrong on this please somebody correct me because the way I see it, those shares will never be reached given that no new hash will be added...ever under this plan and we will basically see a steadily declining share price and subsequent dividends from this point onward.

You are correct. Thou, the reinvestment will be completely voluntary by each individual buying more shares with the dividend payout funds they get. Yes, the share price will start going down as each share represents 1GH/s and the market offer/demand will find the correct price for it. If the vote is accepted and positive for the option, we will have simply another CEX.io type of product and at that moment it will be 100% comparable to it (or to other mining operations). Could be good, could be bad, could be really bad. For sure we are never recovering the second IPO price (for who ever purchased at that price). Honestly, I'm in Scryptx and would vote for having the same option there as well.

Pretty much without a reinvestment its a mining bond with a fixed per G/H value that will be adjusted by difficulty changes On the bright side difficulty seems to be pretty much at a temporary peaking period so their is a chance that this will keep the price fairly stable for a bit although I would say this is the best chance to reinvest but we will see how it turns out with the various factors in play. https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

LTC chain's difficulty is starting to climb though...gotta weigh the options.

Gentlemen!
Can't we just vote for another IPO? Or perhaps cryptx could IPO an investment company to purchase both PETA and SCRYPT?
If we just harness our financial brilliance and all think outside of the box, there's no telling what we could accomplish!

Chalk it up to variance perhaps Not sure forgot the pool peta uses but if it didn't find a block yet today that would happen as well.

I mine with Bitminter, which has a hashrate comparable to PETA...earlier this week we didn't mine a block for 2 days and 18-some hours. The CDF was about 98.9% when the pool finally solved a block. It all depends on luck...if you mine separate from the project with a VARDIFF/Stratum server, you'll notice that when your hardware is mining, sometimes you'll hit big shares (e.g. 1M/8 for an 8 difficulty piece of work). The "luck" factor is being able to hit 16,818,461,371/X (where X = work difficulty) in a shorter amount of time.

Unless something has changed, they are still mining with ghash.io which has approximately 33% of the network. This was posted on their support forum yesterday. Dear GHash.IO and CEX.IO users, We are currently aware of the missing BTC block payouts affecting select users. Please be patient while we resolve this issue. Rest assured all transactions have be logged, and you will be compensated for all your contributions to the pool If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this matter, please contact us via support ticket so that we can assist you. We appreciate your patience with this matter. I do not know if it has been fixed yet, so this is likely where the missing btc is.
