Yes you are very right the number of people participating in Bounty are getting more compare to before..... There should be solution for that..... Looking at this I believed that what lead to that is that most people are not participating in Airdrop. In my own understanding I think to reduced the number of participates in bounty campaign is to create  limitations for number of participates..... For instance participates for the following campaign can look: Facebook 2000, twitter 3000, Telegram 3500.
