Interestingly mumbasher not afraid of physical violence on the part of customers? I think he needs to be afraid of, if not in September miner.
The first delivery date they missed 10 days before the end sentebrya percent and 70% that the delivery time they too will miss. I wonder what they will come up with this time. As a person who has paid 100% I am very angry. And there are dozens of tysech.

Take comfort (or heed) GAW Miners banning their customers as well: if you're not good at kissing their ass then you're not welcome.

Same goes for cex.io.

That's why i love Bitcointalk because people can tell the truth here. And that's why they hate it.

I do think that you are being a bit harsh, look at all the money they have spent already.

Couple of bits of tin, for a case and a pack of crayons, to do some lovely pictures. These items don't come for free.

I wonder if their lovely offer of a %age back, has anything to do with this story

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-29250910

Their offer came not long after this.

Also some good names and organisations to contact here on this article.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

People keep saying they have produced asics already.

Here is an alternative,
1. Set up a website
2. Get loads of money
3. Contact Dexceldesigns and say, we have a great idea. Agree, we pay you in stages. Every target you meet, we pay.
4. Dexcel say we have done stage one, can we have some money
5. Alpha say no
6. Dexcel take them off the website
7. Months of crap
8. Give a little bit of money back
9. Mushbasher enjoys life as a multi millionaire

I do not think this Mubasher can enjoy his life for a long time.
A few of my Albanian friends in England are on the lookout for him.
I myself will fly to Manchester in October (I am German and I live near Dusseldorf) a flight to London costs little money and I'm fast.

Also, I'm just make contact with a very acquaintance 1% Motorcycle Club in Manchester.
Mubasher it gets tight for you and your family

If I send Mubashtard an e-mail can I have more money back?

Dear Mubashtard,

I have seen your offer of some percent back to some people.  Nobody knows when or how much or what the fuck it even means.  I did not get such an offer and am kind of pissed that all the rest of these mofos get some moniez while I apparently get nothing.

Based on the nature of your mysterio offer, I am wondering if your dead gay lover was an African king who left you the sum of 1 Billion-kajillion pounds sterling that you now need help transferring to a new account in the US of A.  I am eager to help with your financial transactions, so please send me details as soon as you're done sucking off your new gay lover king-boy, or maybe boinking Fiaz.

Respectfully, your bud,
Simon

About e mails laughs the son of a bitch
When I'm in England, he no longer laughs.
Actually, it's not worth it for me to launch a major campaign
because I paid "only" $ 2,700
and the search for this piece of trash is going to cost a bit more.
No matter ... I want his ass

I Think we vastly underestimate the amounts of money they've collected with their (now widely suspected) scam.
People complaining about losing $700, others $2500, I'm in for 10K Sad alone.
These guys have cashed in a lot of money, witch is probable gone for 6 months now to some secret accounts in China/India/Caymans.
I doubt the people behind AT are still living in Europe sinds half of July, when it became pretty clear there would never be any miner produced.
I still hope my CC company can offer me a refund, but I hope the police will get them when it turns out te be a scam.
Within a week they will give some sort of bullshit update about missing their deadline again, or just take down the website and give us all the finger...

I have already reported to Texas iC3 for international internet fraud about Alpha Tech which is an law enforcement agent in connection with FBI. Don't wait! File a report online and then get a record to ask your bank and CC to reopen your case.

If you are looking for debt collection, AND you have a court judgement, then you may want to consider asking these bailiffs: http://thesheriffsoffice.com/.

I once had them come after me (well, not after me personally, someone had given a false address) but they were very persistent and very professional (when I gave them evidence that I wasn't the right person).  It might be worth approaching them.

The big problem that people have, is that as alpha is a limited company, you can only go after the company's UK assets (of which there are likely none). You cannot go after the people in alpha.

I really think the only option left is for someone to file a petition for involuntary bankruptcy against the company, because this is the only option that will actually hurt the people behind alpha. While you can't force the people to pay up personally, because a bankruptcy penalty is so damaging, they may well pay up personally to avoid the personal consequences.
