The team added that it expects to begin shipping the Viper later this month, " they're running simulations. haven't even gone to tapeout yet. my "manufacturing simulation" shows that odds of delivery by month end are zero. good news is that every single customer is good to say 'oh, you're now super-duper even out of your illegal TOS late, give me my money back' these guys are going under. I think they know it too, hence no tapeout, no delivery of components, nothing. why spend the money. shovel as much as you can out the door and declare bankruptcy. |

But how did You do it? I've paid by credit card through PayPal. PayPal sent me an email, that they can not do anything, because it is more then 45 days. Actionfraud.police.co.uk sent me email, that they can not do anything, because: Your report has been assessed by the NFIB and there is insufficient information that would provide clear lines of investigation at this time. Clear lines of investigation include, but are not limited to, things such as bank account details where money was transferred to, names and addresses of the suspect(s) and where appropriate, vehicle registration details. So I decided to contact PayPal again and ask them for a banck account details, but the case is closed. And there is no option how to open it again, nor open a new one for the same transaction. Also they are not responding to email communication to service@paypal.com . How can I obtain AlphaTech bank account details? What Can I do now??? Please help. Don´t go to Paypal! Even if Your CC Bank is asking for it. Start the Claim directley with the Bank, Hosting your CC. Many People including myself did it that way and got their Money back. In my case within 2 weeks. Number, That they removed the possibility of Payment py Paypal and CC, although they promissed it in theit original TOS. That they refuse to refund you and/or have stopped comunication with you and that THEY ( The Bank ) are supposed to Charge back your Money. In Any Case: Remember, that you are responsible for telling them the truth, and that you should have been trying, to get your Money back from Alpha direcly bifore. Good Luck  |

All I can read from the blog post is again the same story ...where is the actual working miner displaying hashrate and power consumption ? There is no miner, there's no official stats. It's still going through tapeout. They have less than 2 weeks to begin assembly and shipping. Only 2 months late, what's the rush now right folks? |

My original (Dec13) prediction was August for early shipping, September for likely delivery--and it looks like this will happen. Their chips are in hand and they're working them up in BFGMiner. This is the very last step prior to assembly and shipping. This is as of last week. As mentioned before, well-done workups and spec tests can take up to a week. Their 'simulation and thermal tests' were done back in June. AT was doing simulation and thermal tests last week. Think about that. Either AT isn't shipping this month, or they've been smudging the story the whole time, knowing they'd ship in Sep/Oct. Well, this is nothing new really.. but thought I'd pass the update along.

And again - nobody was listening me when I warned you last year that Alpha is a one big scam - I live in Manchester seen them and their so called "office", and I can guarantee it is one more well prepared scam (on the other hand similar to kickstarter projects - so whoever joined did that on his/her own responsibility).
All the talk about B2B only - is to cover their ass..s - In the UK there are no returns between B2B. I mean you can return but it is not regulated by Consumer Act.
Last but not least - they are 3 months late now - where are the asics?

The main fear that Alpha Tech are threatened by is that it cannot deliver products by the end of this month. As long as it can deliver, it will ship its shits to us no matter whether we need. It does not want to survive but wants to defend incoming law suits against it. Our victims must be united together to grasp its deceptive evidences to defeat it. For this purpose, I strongly recommend to read fightalpha.net and provide your opinions against them.
Its main problem in my opinion is its deceptive marketing strategy which is one of main internet fraudulent strategies. The key is it made the announcement in May 22nd when it did know it cannot ship in July as its tapout failed. It purposefully intended to collect our money and in June still assured us to ship in time. I hope people with engineering background in chip and ASIC products will provide us with evidences to explain what can be done within last 8-10 weeks and when it detected its technical failure. If the failure was found before May 22nd or June, it is definitely an internet scam and a fraudulent criminal. Once it's criminal behavior is proven, we will know how to deal with an animal with whatever animals should be treated. This is because other solutions do not work for them.
