Well, just "valuable" advice for those whom for some reason you are called investors.) Investors are those who invested in the project during the ICO and not after its completion, when the tokens have already entered the exchange. If everyone will "invest" on your principle, the projects will not collect even soft cap and you simply have nothing to buy.

yeah it is correct. crypto market in 2018 is not as good as it was in 2017. it is because of volumes and cap of the market. i think this market was not ready for such a huge growth yet. but i think next time it will achieve to stay in high levels.

Recently, it was not profitable to buy coins at the ico stage. But if everyone waits for the coin to leave for the stock exchange and then only to buy, then there will be nothing to buy. Projects that do not collect the right amount of funds at the stage of sale do not go to the stock exchanges at all.

Obviously not, you can't expect them to be the same when the market went up fast last year and has dropped fast this year.

yes you are right, because many ICOs in 2018 fail and do not achieve softcap, unlike the ICO in 2017 which is a lot of successful ICOs.

Yes, ICO in 2018 is very different from 2017, this year the ICO project which ended up being a scam was often and easily encountered, so that this year there were a lot of ico that were difficult to develop, due to the lost confidence of investors.

this is my own opinion but it may help others.

I have found that all the ICOs i have invested in have launched at almost the ICO price but in a few days dipped below the ICO prices by half or 5X for some.

With this i have discovered its better not to invest in an ICO but wait for the launch and the DIP to buy it at the corrected prices made by market forces.
Its just too hard to tell the real or recommended value of a token in an ICO these days.

Hope this helps to the new investors thinking of ICOs

this is good and right advice, since it really helps to save your money and more reasonably invest Wink

Yes, this situation was started in late 2017.  And when everyone blames the bounty of companies for this, I do not understand this.  Bounty pool in companies is 2-5%.  Do you really think that bounty members can drop the course in several times?

Yes, obviously it will not be the same because there are more investors this year so we can expect for the price to pump up so high more than last year's 19k dollar cap.

I think this is pretty obvious for everybody who is following the markets.

The gold times of 2017 with easy x10-20 in just few weeks after the ICO are over. Now we must be much more careful. Still, finance and gambling ICO's are showing great ROI.

I'm not sure that we will ever see a market like 2017 ICOs again. Most of retail got burnt so badly. It was a mania. I think future bull runs will be more logical.

Well i am also 100% sure that the ICO last year is really better than the ico now, i remember that there are so many ico that became very successful last year but this year there are also successful but they are not reaching there hardcap anymore.

Not only ICO price in exchange dropped but all good coins are also dropped and are at the bottom so this is not ICO fault this is due to market manipulation. Hold and wait for good return.

The current ICOS campaigns are really different from the ICOS 2017 campaigns. As the market goes down too much and the Bitcoin prices and Altcoins drop so are the ETH and BTC mobilization campaigns. Difficult and need more time. In addition, ICOS campaigns now appear more scams than in 2017.

The current crypto market is over saturated  this year unlike last year coupled with the bear run, people are shying away from investing in crypto compared to 2017.

I totally agree with you that the 2018 ICO is actually more deceptive. Therefore, the situation as you said will occur. It is indeed inappropriate to invest in ICO this year, and I think we need to wait until the entire ICO environment is purified before we can continue to invest.

In 2018 the greater part of the ICO are unrewarding yet putting resources into a genuine and confided in ICO will truly make us gain a twofold gain. we should contribute too warily in light of the fact that such a large number of ventures look great changed in deceitful undertakings. I additionally encounter that, a few coins guarantee the first run through the coin gets into the exchanging site will be the cost of ico.

Endeavor to join the ico with a little hard top or where there are restricts on commitments per individual. I figured out how to take an interest in the little ico, where there was an utmost of around 1 eth. Extensive speculators were intrigued to make a major commitment, yet because of restrictions they needed to purchase tokens as of now on the trade and, as an outcome, the cost went up.

The fact that now is not the best time to invest in ICO projects is obvious, and this year is really different from last year, in terms of profitability from investing in projects. Nevertheless, I am sure that there is still time this year so that the market will recover and it will be easier for projects to raise funds to implement their ideas and develop projects.
