ICOs in 2018 not same as 2017.

this is my own opinion but it may help others.

I have found that all the ICOs i have invested in have launched at almost the ICO price but in a few days dipped below the ICO prices by half or 5X for some.

With this i have discovered its better not to invest in an ICO but wait for the launch and the DIP to buy it at the corrected prices made by market forces.
Its just too hard to tell the real or recommended value of a token in an ICO these days.

yes, right now this is the case so it would be wrong to invest in ICOs. it is said to be normal if it happens like it used to be now the market is different and cannot be a benchmark in the past year. I think keep doing what makes you get results, don't get it wrong again to choose investment.

I think people are more conscious of 2018 ICO. The 2017 Where bought out zeal of making money quickly. Scam in 2018 were more exposed before sales starts.

Its because you invested in lousy projects, dont get scammed by the WP of ICO, do your research before investing. Too many $hit projects out there they dont need millions to launch their projects but they still priced their tokens super high which will definitely fall below ICO price.

Because there are a lot of scams in ico.Choosing a good ico is not easy.now in the bear market, there is no money to go to ico.Causes the price of many coins to be lower than the price of ico.

I totally agree with you. You’re correct that the ICO tokens will have a big dip months after the launched in the market. Many bounty hunters are trading their tokens right after the launched of the project not knowing that if they hold their tokens a few more months the value of their tokens will go up compared the price after the launched. If they will do that many Good project will be available in the market and many tokens value will go high. I hope the bounty hunters will understand I how the trading and selling of tokens will go.

Well i am also 100% sure that the ICO last year is really better than the ico now, i remember that there are so many ico that became very successful last year but this year there are also successful but they are not reaching there hardcap anymore.

It may make sense if you invest in projects that go straight to the stock exchange, their price usually falls and you have to look at the ICO fees, if the project is popular, it can grow at once several times after entering the stock exchange.
