yeah it is correct. crypto market in 2018 is not as good as it was in 2017. it is because of volumes and cap of the market. i think this market was not ready for such a huge growth yet. but i think next time it will achieve to stay in high levels.

I have found that all the ICOs i have invested in have launched at almost the ICO price but in a few days dipped below the ICO prices by half or 5X for some.

With this i have discovered its better not to invest in an ICO but wait for the launch and the DIP to buy it at the corrected prices made by market forces.
Its just too hard to tell the real or recommended value of a token in an ICO these days.

It sure does, i have been applying this method for a while now and it has been favourable. Buying the dip always pays and the amount invested matters a lot too,  imagine you buying a coin @1gwei with 1ETH and it does ×2? Thats an automatic 2ETH, cool right?

most ico coin prices are still very cheap when first entering the market, so to be able to rise and be able to exceed the price of ico coin it does require something for volume and also market interest to be higher one of them is to launch from the project itself whether it is platform or others

2017 was the year when there was a market growth, but 2018 was a year of prices adjustments, so everything will change soon. Invest carefully and wisely, carefully choose ICO.

I think that soon the main part of the tokens will be sold on private sales. At the moment, there are few willing to participate in the ICO. Yeah, but its due to the price drop of bitcoin I think. In general ICO's are still still blooming right now the trend is to solve current problems we are encountering right now. For example is the scaling problem in token economy. I hope this can be solve by menlo, an ICO that I'm currently following.

Well i am also 100% sure that the ICO last year is really better than the ico now, i remember that there are so many ico that became very successful last year but this year there are also successful but they are not reaching there hardcap anymore.
