I confirm the 35c per kwhr. (Actually, Mark, I'm closer to 30c per kwhr, maybe your apartment pays more for electricity; or maybe it's tiered and you're using a lot already so your price bracket is higher than mine.) So it's the heat and the electricity. It's summer time in the Philippines, so we certainly don't want the additional heat.
So, I'm melting holes in my veggie crate rig to cool it down.

I have been buying TAG on cryptsy for a while now, but over the last month when I do withdrawals they seem to pay out just 10 to 20% of what I request..every time. I asked their support what the problem was and they just said to make the withdrawal requests smaller. Has anyone else had these problems?..It is leading me to think I should just buy on Tagcash or BTC38 or other exchanges where I can be sure that i can have the TAG when I need it.

I haven't been buying large amounts of tag (not sure of your purchase volume), but whenever I have bought other coins I've had no issues. I noticed the past couple of days something didn't seem quite right with Cryptsy, but I'm not sure what. Maybe signs that they're under a subtle attack? Every single known crypto exchange has been under an attack the past week or so. I'll sell at 0.002 BTC if you need a bunch haha

I buy a few thousand at a time and fairly often, but I prefer to pay USD, PHP or CNY, so for that I will going through Tagcash to buy. I won't be using Cryptsy anymore, it's time to start building up Tagcash as a viable platform to buy and sell TAG for either currency or BTC.
I have buy orders up there at the moment if anyone wants to sell.
As for the 0.002 price, well..maybe it will creep back up to $1..depends on how much we need to buy each month.
Anyone who wants to sell in bulk to me let me know via PM

Ha, 002, no way. The diff is telling that some chinamans(?) would do something with this coin. I think everyone here remember post from v5.

I haven't experienced that since I use Cryptsy (for quite a long time now), but maybe I didn't withdraw that many coins in 1 transaction. Can't you make a few withdrawels instead of just 1? I'm not selling a single Tag .

I started asking for 10000 or more but they transferred 2500..then 1250..now down to 625...so I suspect that they just dont have that much TAG in stock..do they sell coins for btc on their own account?..that might explain it..

Hm, maybe that has to do something with a cold storage. I assume they got a system like that, and they have to transfer coins from the cold storage to the 'hot wallet' in order to fullfill such withdrawals I guess.

I'd hope it's a cold wallet thing and not a situation where they're doing fractional banking.. Cryptsy is one of the few exchanges which, so far, has been 'decent' to work with.

Hey, I also want to buy a bunch of TAG, since it's too expensive for me to mine it with my current hardware.
Mark, have you been emptying cryptsy? I totalled all the sell orders and they won't have enough even for the very small volume I wanted to buy.
Where else can I buy/sell TAG?

I had the same experience where at first I could transfer 5K, then suddenly down to 2500. I got bored doing that many transfer so I postphoned getting the rest. This message has just made me realise I better play it safe and keep trying. If they are buying tag on their own account what happens when the price goes back up and u have alot more tags that are suddenly worth alot more in btc, will they cough them up. Let's hope its actually cold storage...

It still says 1.0.5 version, but the OpenSSL is now OpenSSL 1.0.1g 7 Apr 2014.
You might want finally add coin control and bump up the version number. (And maybe even do that "block all lower version clients from connecting after 2 weeks".)

Hey, my wallet just mined something. (Must be Proof of Stake), however my tagcoin.conf file has the reservedbalance=1000000.
So what happened?

It's reservebalance. No D. As for cryptsy, they're likely using customer funds to generate PoS blocks for themselves. Shocking, right?
