I was wondering who was buying up the coins...leave some for us..lol..we are stocking up as well for new year selling.

We are just going through the existing tagverts looking for bugs and improving here and there, but no major new features being added to the platform, except for a new tagvert started today (Donations/Funding Tagvert for kickstarter types or charity projects) - We are starting to create external sites, working with startups, game apps, anything that ties in with the API to give rewards. We've spent most of this year building, and now it's time to go out and sell the platform and find some good partners.

We've now separated Tagcash.com from Tagbond.com, it uses the same codebase, but it doesn't have any tagverts or extra bits...it's basically a payment platform. That will also have more features for the trading of coins, which will be a big part of payments in the future I think, especially with different company reward coins coming next year.

@techbytes - trying to keep the main page clean, I thought most people who would want to register would just click the login and it's there.

He's asking for a TAG ID (www.tagbond.com) and not an wallet address Wink. I think that's where the problem is.

I received those TagCoins. You can trust Techbytes on that Wink

It seems that the current demand for Tag is still really too less. 0.000875 BTC for a single TAG, that has never been that low in weeks Wink.

Cheaper for me to buy it on the market then, than mine it - power costs are higher here..

You might be right but if you see a high bounce rate in your analytics, then you better put up that reg link.

When TAG double, I'll sell you some at a discount.   Grin

For those of you interested in this sort of thing:

Tagmining.com now has a pool chat room app.  You need to be a member of the pool to see the app.  I figured I'd give my miners a place to chat in real-time.  Well-mannered members of the TAG community who are not miners on the pool are more than welcome to create a pool login and use the chat in a responsible manner.

Well, i am cpu mining on a laptop... And tbh i have no clue what i am doing.. i did doge coins they was my first.
I heard you can make money from all this. So i am trying. I lack a job right now.. So this is my try at buying a new computer. this one is like 5 years old.

the little cmd thing tells me i am working.. but the site tells my miner is not active..
i dont' know if its just i have not found anything or not..

accepting any donations.
TGmyZk4Panpfn8P6yHqTySn4byX6hJ3JGW

gamersimpson, I sent you some TAGs. If you are mining on a 5 year old laptop I would suggest you join TagYak.org. We now give out reward points for being an active member. You can convert these points into TAG. So, you can earn TAG for talking about TAG, and I bet it will be a lot more than what that old laptop can pull off Wink

Oh ya, we just doubled the rewards for logging in and making posts and replies so it should build up fairly quickly.

I spoke with gamersimpson about this on the site chat and told him about the difficulty of CPU mining GPU coins and the PPLNS payout system vs PPS.

OK, my TAG ID is my signature... not sure if I qualify for techbytes give away.

I wish I had coins to give away, but I have just hit 350 coins today. I started mining on TAGmining about the 5th or 6th block and have been pretty persistent ever since, in fact other than mining other coins to turn into TAG, I have been mining TAG and focused on TAG since its release.

I am also concerned about the slump in TAG price, is getting to close to being unprofitable to mine TAG for me. I was going to bring another miner online this week, not sure now.

Thanks!

@Dabs - Sapphire R9 280X (same as 7970's I think) - I can do the whole rig of mobo, 2 x Sapphire 280X cards, 2GB RAM, 1050 PSU, 8GB USB with Xubuntu, latest catalyst drivers, cgminer with scripts ready to go, working (no case)...just plug in and mobo will startup automatically, then can remotely administer via ssh or hook up a monitor. Change one line in your mine_tag.sh script for the pool to connect to..obviously you can mine anything you want..Wink - Price is 35,000 Pesos (or equivalent in BTC, TAG)
