A lot of people wonder what is the criteria of a good gambler, here are some of my thought about good gambler

a good gambler never chase profit
Profit might be the first reason why people gamble, but a good gambler never attached to the profit, the most important thing in gambling is excitement and fun experience, having profit is just the bonus

a good gambler able to control himself / herself
Self controlling is very important in gambling, without a clear mind there will be a lot of mistakes in betting and even causing reckless betting and losing all of the money in split second

a good gambler know when to stop
Setting a limit is very important in gambling, setting a lost limit will prevent you to over spend your money and setting a win limit is  also important because in the long run the house got a bigger chance to win due to the house edge

a good gambler never cause any problem to the surrounding
A good gambler know that the chances of losing money in gambling is huge, so a gambler should never used daily needs money or borrowing money to gamble, and a gambler should never think of robbery or stealing to gamble

a good gambler can accept lost
When losing a good gambler won't blame the surrounding, cursing or accusing the  casino as fraud places, losing is the half part of gambling, if you can't accept lost then dont start to gamble

a good gambler should able to manage the time
A good gambler know how to split the time for family, for friends and for gambling, a good gambler never neglected family or friend just because of gambling

We must encourage people to become a good gambler, so people won't always have a bad judgement about gambler

If a person follow at least two of these above 6 points he will definitely be a good Gambler and he will not never miss any profit and don't make any losses in his gambling.

You have mentioned a lot of points but I think gambler who don't chase profit and who can control himself in gambling are the best and those 2 habits can make someone a good gambler. Others are only for being smart.

A good gambler indeed because for sure, he save a lot money because he knows how to control his emotion. Being a good gambler it not making more money, it depends on how you gamble because those who earn more also lose big money.

Maybe he can be able to do those 6 points but once he is going deeper in the gambling games, he can lose all the things he starts, and he also can lose his money. Playing gambling will attract him to go more and more without thinking about the risk that he can get at the end of the day. But for a gambler who can always control himself, he can prevent the bad things that might happen, and he can be a good gambler.

Well i have something interesting to tell you all in here.

At the beggining, i thought that i had the key, the secret, to win on Roulette.

I was always winning, and it was something brilliant for me, but in the end, it is impossible to calculate how the rows are going to be.

So, i ended up losing a bunch of money.

This is the the fact that people do believe they know wining from gambling's trick and might be they would have even won but it cannot be a continuous process and if you continue gambling for long time as you mentioned you would end up on a losing note. So better to either take the winning amount in beginning and move away or just gamble for fun.

First of all, there is no gambling trick which will make you win. Even if we believe anyone got such a new trick of wining, he should use the trick twice or thrice and take away the profits. The gambling houses will soon know the trick and they will counter it, so there is no trick which can last forever.
You need to be intelligent enough on when to apply the trick and how to gather profits.

Sounds good but even he has a 'lot' of money. It's still limited, if that person won't be cautious and careful enough to maintain his standing and can't control himself, he can still become a bad gambler. Nice theory, but in practice is almost impossible to be a good gambler, lol. For me is impossible to know when to stop, or to not chase profit. All a gambler want is to be in the positive side, but the reality is 95% of us get busted atleast once chasing a lost. So, there are not true good gamblers.

When I have a lot of money, I don't want to play gambling, and perhaps I will avoid the games because I know that it can take me to deeper inside the games and I know that I will lose my money. And if somehow, I decided to play gambling, I will strictly make limitations in the games, so I can leave the game before my money is run out. It is sad to see losing the money in gambling games especially if we use too big money.

Another point relevant here: don't play games where the odds are statistically weighted against you.

However much you think you have a winning strategy at roulette, you haven't.

Stick to games where it is possible to gain an edge. Poker is a good one. Sports betting too - although generally you'll have a better chance trading on exchanges than betting against a bookie with high margins.
