Always gamblers with huge funds will be good. Because, they never care of the win/loss and the same makes them be the one that OP have mentioned. When a common man gambles automatically the prime focus will be on profit making. This will keep them emotionally connected with the money spend. So, everytime it is hard to be a good gambler. Maybe in the long run after realizing the facts about gambling, they'll turn themselves good understanding the limits and have the right start/stop position.

lucky if you are a gambler who doesn't care if you win or lose. not many people are lucky with riches. most gamblers for sure are looking for some ways to earn money. you will only be a good gambler if you gamble on occasional basis. but for most regular gamblers, i don't think you can stick to your own rules as sometimes you want to chase some losses.

In gambling whether you are a whale or not, we do share up on the same motive which is to make profits.

I've seen gamblers playing in desperation mode and that is really frustrating not only for them, but also for who is watching, because you see how much money they start wasting, without being able to ratiocinate their bets anymore. They simply increase bets' sizes without thinking, play, lose, then do this again and after few minutes everything is gone! Sometimes thousands of dollars burned in few minutes.

And I say wasting because clearly the game isn't enjoyable or entertaining for them anymore. They show signals of having lost total control of the situation, while being mad to recover losses.

Responsible gamblers know how to limit their time and only use their extra money only. But as I see, most gamblers gamble more when they win until they lose all of their money and leave nothing left in their pocket. A good habit like you should be taken as an example to others in order to avoid addiction but too unfortunate that many gamblers lose control of their emotions and send them to addiction.

You cant really be sure of that because on the time that these wealthy gamblers or does have lots of money would come into a point where they would really be minding with their huge losses and its impossible

that you wont really be able to notice out that you are gradually losing huge money on longer run which on the time that you are making yourself that aware already then this is where emotions would kick in.

very rich people have many businesses, sponsorships, so when a very rich person starts playing and bets for example 1000$ on a game and loses, on the same day or hours later or next day or following days or week he makes a profit of 1000$ of one of his many trades, so he won't be crying because he lost 1000$ in a casino bet, but if an ordinary person bets 1000$ and loses everything, that person will cry because he won't have that 1000$ anytime soon

and we have to look at the expectations created, for example, when the rich man bets 1000$ at the casino, he doesn't care much when he wins and keeps 2000$, because he knows that he wins those 1000$ every day or hours or days, while the average person when he bets 1000$ he creates high expectations that when he wins and keeps 2000$ he will make a lot of profit and will buy something X or Y in the real world, so you and all of us can already imagine the disgust that person gets when loses

If you think that good gambler never chase profit, means that all gamblers in this world is not good gamblers.
All gamblers are chasing profit, this is why it is called by gambling where gamblers risk their money for more money.
It is bullshit if gamblers are gambling just for fun and entertainment only, if they just want to catch the fun, they should not gamble with real money as they can use demo mode.
I would prefer to say that good gambler is not about what they chase, but more about how the chase it.

We may not understand it or know the reason but some gamblers waste money on entertainment regardless of the result. Maybe they are the people who don't even know where to spend their money. Yes, they also chase for profit and that's how they feel entertained. I agree that a good gambler knows how to chase profit responsibly and wisely. There are gamblers who chase their losses the wrong way which usually take them on the wrong track. 

There are many reason why people engage in gambling and some of them is for entertainment only and wasting of money but the other hand there are many gamblers that they play it because they getting have fun once they are in casino betting and win. Keeping emotions from escalating is the task of the gambler, which will not be easy to control because many gamblers eventually lose control over themselves. If you can play gambling 1 or twice a week, you must maintain it and not exceed that limit. If not, you can use more money to play gambling and you will experience losing even more money. Every gambler wants to profit. No one wants to take part in losses. The gambling industry could not have developed so quickly if only think gambling as the entertainment. All the above characteristics are good but possessing all the qualities is very difficult. Just as gambling is not bound by any rules, a gambler cannot gamble according to the mentioned criteria. But there are some basics that are very important to know.

Of course, it will greatly affect our psychology as humans.

Controlling our emotions is hard because there will be times when we will feel deeply devastated and disappointed because of our losses. I support that statement since emotions most of the time ruined you while playing, those big mistake is out from the emotions that being generated either you are winning or losing your bet. You need to have a good control and limitations. The better you control your feelings, the better the outcome you'll get from your gambling activities.

All gamblers are chasing profit, this is why it is called by gambling where gamblers risk their money for more money.

Taking the example of the revenge gambling how many times when I gamble and lost few games I will try my best to play another game with taking a big risk in order to overcome the loss. This is revenge gambling and we should all avoid it.

We know that financial state or condition would really vary into each person because not all would really be sharing up with the same fate or condition when it comes to this and this is why it would really be that situational when we do speak about reactions and approach towards losses whether on gambling or in trading or investment.

Its true that no one really gets happy when it comes to losing money and since we are just humans even if you are rich or not which you would really be having that reaction but entirely be different into those people who do have much money which they could just simply move on since they do know that they have other sources which could really patch it up compared into those people who are just solely relying into their day job salaries.

Setting a limit is very important in gambling, setting a lost limit will prevent you to over spend your money and setting a win limit is  also important because in the long run the house got a bigger chance to win due to the house edge

a good gambler never cause any problem to the surrounding
A good gambler know that the chances of losing money in gambling is huge, so a gambler should never used daily needs money or borrowing money to gamble, and a gambler should never think of robbery or stealing to gamble

a good gambler can accept lost
When losing a good gambler won't blame the surrounding, cursing or accusing the  casino as fraud places, losing is the half part of gambling, if you can't accept lost then dont start to gamble

a good gambler should able to manage the time
A good gambler know how to split the time for family, for friends and for gambling, a good gambler never neglected family or friend just because of gambling

We must encourage people to become a good gambler, so people won't always have a bad judgement about gambler

With all these criteria, I expect you too to write the criteria of a good casinos because we had been hearing and seeing people get defrauded and scammed to some casinos that claim to be a crypto casinos and established one.
 We need to be a good gambler especially for our own self so we will not be influenced by other people's results and go and bet with a high stake that we know that losing such a fund could mean a lot to us. Being a good gambler also falls to ensuring we do not get addicted to gambling because it is not always easy for us to stop the urge we get being a gambler.

With gambling if you weren't with self control it is like yourself getting towards the worst days of your life. Maybe you can be lucky to win good, but the same isn't assured. Whether it is in real life or gambling, revenge is unhealthy. It is our responsibility to play in a better way with control. Taking revenge gonna affect us sometime, same could happen with revenge gambling.

I suppose some characteristics which make a good gambler are going to change depending on the games you prefer to play, but at the same time there are other characteristics that I would guess should be pretty much the standard and self-explanatory, like keeping your gambling money separated from the rest of your money and never touch it should be one of the most basic skills of a good gambler, as if someone is incapable of even doing this much then they will eventually get into money problems.
