I agree with you OP, and I really feel like Bitcoin will be here for a long time too. People who says the coin will be useless are those who are just creating FUDs, and wanted more people to sell their bitcoin and dump them with another cryptocurrency. What crisis? We don't have anything like crisis going on - if you are talking about last year ATH of 20k+ and then a rapid correction to sub 10k levels then it is no crisis at all.
People always keep forgetting that price of BTC at the same time last year was MUCH lower than now. ATH is not good benchmark - it was a short-lived fluke.
Take a look at yearly, bi-yearly bitcoin charts and tell me if we should start to worry now?
