I do not have good luck in the lottery every week 

I'm sure you are not alone here, many people do not win on the lottery even there is no clear winners. We have no clues on who are the winners, are they real winners? Thats the only question in my mind about the lottery winners.

We wont know it is provably fair or not until someone win this lottery thing and btw they always have some address to the payout. Can we even check their address?
Or may be we can try to search on how they get the winners? Because it does not make any sense, they keep giving btc away but no one ever claim it until today

In my opinion only a fluke to win the lottery there, and not easy to get it, if we buy in large quantities, whether we can advantage to win the lottery ??

Do you think state lottery will be that easy to get? I dont think so, this is the fastest way that you could play to get winning though. No one knows on what basis they will pick the winners and they randomly put some names on the site. I also never come across that anyone claimed that they won the lottery from this site. It looks like lottery money is the main money generating business for them every week, and they may be choosing their won accounts for the big amounts. We can assume many things if things are not clear.

What do you mean by played there? You play on their dice games or just claim their faucet? If you played their faucet, I think you can't never claimed their lottery because the chance is really low. Well it seems that they are able to get enough money , they have huge house edge which makes them make way more than a normal gambling site assuming there are enough players to play
I still doubt about the lottery since there is no clear info about it and haven't seen anyone claiming that he won the lottery here
but at the end of the day it's a faucet , and I assume more than 95% of faucet visitors don't know about this forum ( since they can make more by joining a campaign  )
