It's evident you aren't being able to meet the demands of your userbase. The bugs and errors in your website should have already been fixed in a much inferior period of time. The fact it's taking so long, and that you keep posting meaningless messages here just arises more concerns...

Why is the technical team taking months to solve issues which should have been fixed in a day or two, considering the magnitude of freebitco.in on the internet? At the current stage, to say you hope it's going to be resolved soon as possible, or that you are going to improve something in the platform don't mean anything anymore... The stage of the promises is gone, as none of them were executed.

To be transparent should be the first measure to be taken by you. To explain why it's taking so long to solve minor technical issues, to explain why the previous manager disappeared from this thread and forum and so on...

I will never know what is really going on behind the scenes regarding the problems that freebitcoin is experiencing.
They said that there was a change in team members and a change in responsibilities, so maybe that's why they need more time to get the site back to normal. But I agree, a site as big as freebitcoin which has a high reputation has the problem of slow case resolution, that is so that it can be suspected that something has happened.

There is a major issue with Freebitco.in and the Fun token. Although the total locked Fun coin amount appears to be 5,144,920,115, the amount in the Freebitco.in hold wallet is only 1,820,537,139 and is constantly decreasing. This is because while people are buying Fun coins through Freebitco.in, they are also selling their Fun coins at the same time. When I asked the Fun coin account about this on Twitter, they blocked me.

What you say doesn't make sense, when you buy a coin at one exchange, the coin you get doesn't come from nowhere, another customer or the exchange has just sold it to you. Here it's the same thing, when you buy one token, Freebitcoin sell it to you. So I don't understand why they would sell it another time to someone else if it is what you are saying. Selling held tokens to someone else would be serious, but if you want to avoid it, you can withdraw your FUN tokens into a wallet or send them to another exchange. I didn't hear issues about FUN token withdrawals so far, you can also withdraw them for free for gambling them at Dplay casino, if you use your freebitcoin account to play there.

^ I think the guy is just pointing out that supposedly, if we lock tokens, they all go into their cold wallet. These can't be placed on exchanges until their lock period is over.

I don't know how it works in reality, but I think the system checks whoever locks amounts every so and so period, and then that amount is simply held in cold wallet.

Where else should they go is what he's wondering, I don't care honestly they haven't been open about it for many years.

We are all assuming anyway, and these assumptions continue heaping because neither the old or the new management was/has been able to come out clean and clear the air about what exactly could be wrong with such a reputable casino freebitco.in that we ones knew of as one of the best casino's we have in the forum over the years. Is it that the new management had done an overhauling with it old workers and the new workers are not incapable of handling the technical issues as fast and reliable as it were before the new management emerged or... But I doubt that they are doing a gradual wind down of the company using this means of continual technical issues as you had assumed, else, they won't sell to a new management as we were told.

I earnestly wish we could all wake up one day and find that all these hiccups with freebitcoin has been fixed and everyone is cool on both ends.

Some other users besides you are also hoping that the support team or a freebitcoin representative will come and make an announcement about what happened. Not only that, they are expected to answer any questions specifically asked in the thread, which so far seems to be non-existent. There is a thread in the reputation section that they have so far ignored, with many users and their customers calling them there just to comment or said something.

Just like I said above, you and I basically never know what's going on behind the scenes. This is one of the big sites that I recognized on the forum and they had a good reputation before, but this problem came to them so we can only assume even if it's just an assumption.

They appointed a new customer support staff, with a new account, but that staff had very limited activities in the forum. The account was inactive many days, no comments, but after a long time of complain again, the staff replied but the last comment is four days ago.

I agree with you that being active here daily and proactively answer community questions, user requests for support is better. Freebitco.in team and that staff must move forwards with this approach if they don't want to see reputation damage becomes bigger with time.

You're right, @tranthidung. I have read most of the posts and I really feel that the freebitco.in team was too slow in handling the case. They could hire an experienced person or persons to resolve the problem completely, but this never seems to happen even though some of the problems were resolved some time ago.

I agree with you that being active here daily and proactively answer community questions, user requests for support is better. Freebitco.in team and that staff must move forwards with this approach if they don't want to see reputation damage becomes bigger with time.

Of course, they were actually advised that way. The support team must be active all the time on a regular basis to answer customer complaints, but so far the support team seems to have been quiet. I have also checked the support account activity, it is really less active which could result in the problem progressing to the next stage.

I doubt that they will easily give up their casino considering the number of active players here and the reputation they already build for so many years ago. I think every Bitcoiner knew Freebitco.in as casino or a faucet.

I think the problem here is due to the transitioning of ownership. Probably, quinn and wetsuit already give up their position while the remaining staff in the casino is unprepared. They are quiet to answer all questions related to Quinn which confirms that there’s something wrong behind. It’s either they merge this casino to dplay or slowly build it again.

I can think of two possible scenarios: @TheQuin had his employment terminated because he was held responsible for these security breaches, or @TheQuin stole the funds himself and disappeared into the sunset.

The disappearance of TheQuin is truly questionable since he supposed to be active in this thread giving updates or answering people regarding on the questions or any discussion related to their casino raised on their thread.

But we cannot really guess that actual scenario on what happen since we can't point out the real reason. Since even by now he is not active in forum anymore and their support or anyone working on their casino is so silent about what really happen to him. Maybe there's more bigger issue and it cost their casino to fall down that's why they are slowly collapsing. If they are not experiencing any big issues on their operation for sure they continue to operate this business since they already make it a establish casino. But we see them fall down on questionable situation and no one can determine what really happen to them or if there's still a chance that they can settle the issue and get back doing good business here.
