Hello everyone i finally signed up to tell you i am in touch with binance about this whole mess. i've also been hearing lots of reports that people stopped receiving their btc and seeing many on twitter. I didnt have much hope anymore, but checked on saturday with an instant withdrawal. it also didnt appear so far.
They don't reply trough their FAQ contact systerm either, you will just get a mail that its soon to be checked and that was it..

Today i was looking at the wallet that someone has posted in this thread a few pages back from User @BayAreaCoins and was baffled to see them having transfered 1.22btc just today to binance hot wallet 4 at exactly 31 Oct 2025 13:18:37 proof: https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/transactions/btc/6421a40885c623e2569b309600d8cc39a6c75dfc1d4c747e0f2762eabe6f4da2

I made Binance aware of it that this Adress is involved into a potential exit scam and that these last months money kept going to them. The agent reassured me that they will absolutely take it serious! It sounded like she absolutely hates scammers just like we all do, and that everyone should be very careful in the crypto space, something i've never heard....haha.. I've never had such a humble conversation with one of them, but this really gave me the feeling that they will indeed investigate this further. It made me even think that she probably had the name of the scammer on the monitor already, right after i was sending the txid.. Remember one thing, they see whos account got credited that amount at said time.
I also sent the customer agent this thread here with tons of proof that people don't get paid and their twitter where they still post daily with people complaining in the comment section under every single post.

The agent also told me to give this to law enforcment incase you get or have a case going against them, they can sign up there and do their investigation and get directly in contact with binance trough this site. https://app.kodexglobal.com/binance/signup

Remember, even if we just see FBC in their name, that doesn't mean that someone is unknown to Binance and later to law enforcment. They will absolutely know who this person behind it is, in correlation with the account the money is going to.
They encourage everyone to forward that link to the police for investigation purposes. Only they can sign up anyway, you dont even need to try like i first did... it's clrealy only for law enforcment and so on... If you don't check that box, you won't be able to sign up.

If you have a big sum laying on there gather evidence and absolutely forward it to law enforcment! Let them know about the "kodexglobal" link that they can use to get into contact with binance directly. They are absolutely willing to work with them together, since they know exactly whats going on now and probably don't want their reputation hurt by some shady a*s exit scam.
I will get a follow up from them i was told i got a case number for it. Eventually we will see this scammer go down.

For those of you holding out hope the withdrawals will eventually process, it's time to come to terms with the fact they have officially pulled the rug and rather than wasting your time complaining you haven't been paid out, time to start shutting them down. There are a lot of things we can ALL do when we have a moment (instead of using that time to complain on X or here that you haven't been paid). Here are some suggestions:

It sucks we are all getting screwed here by FBC (a few thousand dollars of BTC for me) but at this point, time to start doing the screwing back.

Honestly, I am kind of impressed there has not been more attention from crypto YouTubers on this whole mess, usually when something as serious like this happens with a widely recognized platform, there is much coverage on YouTube, Twitter and also on Instagram, but it seems there is no much noise in this case.

Mass complaining could stop unaware people from depositing and losing their money to this scam of website, but it won't necessarily help people to get their money back...

Do you think that only emailing him will put any pressure on him ? These people won't care for such emails and maybe won't even read them. They are operating the scam openly and no one is willing to take them under the court of law. Such scammers have big hands and it's rare we see them under the law. It is not about pressuring those within the team of Freebitcoin anymore, but rather try to pressure those third parties which work with them and may not be aware of this whole mess. Their URL provider is one of them which is likely not in touch with the reality of all this situation and could certainly help to prevent more people from getting scammed.
People in social media could also help by spreading the word, but that is more difficult, since many people which could be considered to be I fluencers rather not to get involved in these messy situations and just keep their content as usual, as they do not actually gain anything from spreading awareness of scams, monetarily speaking.

I’ve been thinking of steps which could be done simultaneously with ongoing steps.

I agree it could be fine to ask influencers such as YouTubers and so on about help. If we can’t reach the biggest ones straight let’s start with smaller ones. Community is connected and smaller influencers meet bigger ones at conferences and so on. So thanks to smaller ones we could reach the biggest ones.
Unfortunately I was part of Celsius crash too but for example this guy Aaron Bennett creates content to cover whole process after crash. He covers Celsius crash, FTX crash and I think others. I will mail him and ask for help by mentioning this topic in his video. I believe all of us hate scammers so I believe those who create content to point at scammers will be willing to help.

It would be helpful if a native English speaker could create short template for mailing to influencers and post here.
It could help everyone non native speaker to copy this mail and send it to for example a small influencer they follow or know.

Freebitcoin switched off out let, let’s switch them off their in lets.
I would ask for, in the e-mai to influencers, to direct victims into this thread to get known how many real active users are affected.

I’m open to criticism about second step (of course all steps already in progress are fine and of course let’s push them forward).

Step 2 collecting all active users and how many bitcoins the freebitcoin holds out of our hands (of course only who wants to share the amount)
We can get number of active users who want to withdraw and the number of bitcoins which freebitcoin holds out of us.

We could agree collectively some percentage which could be dedicated to “their hunting.”
And who wants to participate of their hunting and who don’t. If a lot of victims offer participation and I don’t know we agree let’s say 10% or more of their stuck bitcoin to person or group who help find them and get some bitcoins back. It could be interesting reward for skilled people to try to do some steps. And who knows maybe a friend of friend can come out of the woodwork.
