I wonder why people are even bothered to talk about this site now. It is more than evident that freebitco.in has scammed its users.
It's the best to stay away from this site and forget even talking about it.

There is need for us to talk about this website so that people can get informed of what is happening there never to make the mistake of making a deposit on the website. This is like an awarenesses for the community to be aware of this so that people that have been scammed can also share their experience and  method the FreeBitco.in is using to attract players to fall victim to their trap.

Most likely, they are counting on dragging out the process. I don't rule out that during this time they may sell the company, go bankrupt, change the terms of service for accounts and assets... in short, do something that will allow them to quietly and smoothly exit the market, but possibly still generate income.
If hundreds and thousands of people give them a thousandth of a bitcoin or less, they will still earn very well!  Moreover, they don't have any special expenses now, since the support service is not working, the servers have been paid for in advance and are working without further payment...

If they are taking this approach of dragging and delaying the process and then they think they will be able to sell their business, do you think that they will get the good price for this project ? Who would want to buy the casino whose reputation is already been destroyed by the orginal owners themselves.

The only benefit they get is they are using their old reputation to get the money's money and scam them but do they think that earning money by cheating and scamming will bring anything good for them in the long term 

Provably no serious investor would spend lots of money to buy a business with bad reputation.

For sure it will be a huge lose on the side of new owner especially if no people would come and use their platform anymore.

So most provably if they plan about selling it they can only sell it at much cheaper price. What more worse I think is the scammers would buy this and pretend that they are slowly fixing the issue then once they get back the trust of people then another scamming attempt will happen.

Do you think they care about what will happen to the site in the long term? In fact, for more than a year and a half or even longer, various problems have been occurring on the freebitcoin website, which in one way or another lead to the remaining users losing their funds. This is a relatively long period, and as you can see, the freebitcoin scammers are doing this with impunity, as they have still not been caught and brought to justice.

Scams aren't moderated, so moderators won't lock or delete the thread, and people will keep commenting until the day freebitco.in disappears, probably even for a while after that, because of the symbolic nature of the site, its historical importance, and the strange circumstances surrounding its decline.

You are right but there is nothing that can be done in this case if we see people coming with their evidence on how they could not withdraw their funds from the site. Some people are still full with anger and would not mind to ring it as a bell to people so that the rate of people becoming victims to the casino can be reduced since their is nothing to do to stop the scam rate.

I always noticed such with Domain names that originate from India or are meant to search folks from India.

So, you think that this website was sold, right? Also, the phrase any publicity is good publicity doesn't really apply to everything. Is it a good idea to become a famous for what Epstein became for? It's definitely not a good publicity.
I was in Freebitco's signature campaign and I was actively checking their ANN thread and website. I'm very confident that Freebitco didn't get sold but there are problems inside the management. Recently, it also became clear that they had problem with authorities. I'm sure that their are in some kind of trouble and that's why we don't hear from them and there are so much delays and problems in processing of withdrawals.

I wrote a long time ago that I believe the business has been sold, because there is no other way to explain why someone who used to solve problems in a few days can't solve them in more than a year. Huge reputational damage, a “toxic legacy,” accusations of unfair play and outright fraud—hardly a good reason to buy such a business. Reputational damage is the worst-case scenario, especially when nothing is being done to remedy the situation. So I don't think anyone would decide to go ahead with such a deal. It's easier and cheaper to create a similar resource yourself and start a business from scratch.

All these you have written is true and the awareness about this casino scamming people and refusing to allow withdrawals from their players can not stop if people don't talk about them and how they had been limiting withdrawals but allowing people to make deposit and gamble without any restrictions or alarm about not allowing any withdrawal. To me, it doesn't feel like Freebitco got sold. In May 30, 2024, Hhampuz posted in Freebitco's signature campaign thread that because of an increasing number of concerns about Freebitco not processing withdrawals, he decided to pause the signature campaign until he hears an update or public announcement from TheQuin. Hhampuz sent a message to TheQuin but he hasn't received a response from him. He hasn't heard from TheQuin since that day. The way problems happened on Freebitco and the way we hear no response from the owner and TheQuin, I'm confident that freebitco isn't sold but these people are arrested and that's why Freebitco faces so many problems. It's definitely not an exit scam, looks more like a business that got abandoned and runs on its own or with a very little help.

I just can't imagine that those people, the good people that started FreeBitco.in  and ran it successfully over 10 years, suddenly turned into scammers out of the blue. Also, if they were arrested for some reason, with a site that big it would surely make some news. And I can't support the theory that the site was just abandoned because the site is running at the moment, without supporting legitimate withdrawals, but it's running and for some new visitors it looks okay(sadly).

I think it's positive that people continue to discuss this thread, despite some opposing opinions. The OP has an active newbie warning flag, which means that unregistered users and newbies will clearly see the danger. I think most of us higher-ranking members are aware of this, or at least most of us. It's a good way to continue warning people of the danger until the site disappears.

It is expected he will keep his mouth shut if he actually knows the identity of the site owner, though. He could be afraid of what could happen to him in the case he decided to release information about those who direct Freebitcoin, he could be suffering death threats so he has chosen to stay as far away as possible from all this mess.

So I would not count on that guy with any help or hint in who the owners are or where they are located, he fear more for his life than what he fear to what anonymous people could tell him on the internet.
