If the business got sold, why wouldn't they announce it? Why wouldn't any of them come to this forum? TheQuin was more or less active on this forum but since he posted a few weeks earlier in a signature campaign, before it got paused, he hasn't visited this forum till this day. It would also be in a new owner's interest to gain access to Freebitco's Bitcointalk account.
To my mind, Freebitco can't solve problems because TheQuin or wetsuit or both are in trouble (might be arrest, might be injury or might be something else).

If the freebitco is involved in selective scam that includes denying big withdrawals and maybe allowing small withdrawals to keep their scam running, so how can we say that it is a good approach by the casino? That was the best thing to announce the closure of the site and let the people withdraw the funds, but it seems like the intention was never so clean, and even now they are operating suspiciously and scamming people.

I believe the data provided by the owners of FreeBitco.in to Binance is accurate, and if people living in the US report the case to court and hire a good lawyer, it would be possible for the court to order Binance to provide real data on the owners of FreeBitco.in, and the police could arrest them. Unfortunately, people are only complaining online because the money they were robbed, compared to the money they would spend on a lawyer, is not worth it.

1. I am confident that Binance, as a responsible and law-abiding exchange (after certain events), will certainly provide all KUS data as part of the investigation.
2. The question is, whose data will it be? I am more than sure that when planning the fraud, the owners of FreeBitco.in certainly took this scenario into account and used a front man, whom they simply paid money to work for 15 minutes.

Could you still access to this website from your country? Because there were some people in this thread a while ago who thought the site was taken down, but it was temporary.

Also, even if Freebitcoin was take down, it would only prevent more people from getting scammed, but there have thousands who have already been defrauded, and there is little chance for authorities to get these people and recover all those stolen Bitcoins.

I think that access to the freebitcoin site is still available in many countries. As far as I know, only regulators in Germany and the Netherlands restrict access, but probably only because freebitcoin didn't have the appropriate licenses, not because they turned out to be scammers.

I haven't had anything there for a long time, and recently, when I saw this thread, I tried to access it a few times using Tor. Some times I could, and a couple of times I couldn't. I remember that the last time there was a message in German, so I guess Tor was connecting me to a German IP address and that's why I couldn't access it. But as things stand, it is only a matter of time before more countries join the blockade or the site disappears altogether.

It could be the government from Germany is already taking some measures in order to avoid their citizens getting scammed by this casino, it would make complete sense, considering how efficient Germany seems to be when comes to blocking access and seizing urls which go against European laws. It was pretty much what happened to chip mixer back in the day when they tracked down the owner of the mixer.

Anyways, only time will tell what is going to happen to this site and the hundreds of thousands of dollars which are withheld on the hands of these scammers... My bet is on their url getting seized in less than a year, if enough people complain to authorities.

Well, for users who have funds stuck there, the outcome of this situation will be unfavorable in any case. The scammers behind freebitcoin clearly have no intention of returning anything, and if the domain is seized by regulators, it will be extremely difficult to prove anything without access to the site.

Hard to say whether this site is handle by new owner since they provably won't get anything and might wasting their money if reputation of freebitco.in is so bad as what we are seeing to them these days.

They provably won't recover the money they used to buy this casino if they can't provide a smooth platform to their clients. Thanks for this information, it has been long I follow up the latest information about the site and it activities. If a casino is accepting deposit and participants can't withdraw their funds then is it is a clear scam. And my question is, why people still deposit to such website when previous participants had complained about. This withdrawal complain has been on ground for months, and people were still trying their luck?

Have a minimum of empathy though... There are people in this thread who have seen thousands or even more of dollars completely disappear of their reach.
At the very least you could have some consideration for them and allow them not express whatever they want in here, instead of mocking them. While it is true only those behind this casino have power over the money which seemly is gone for good, it does not harm anyone to speculate and try to get some way to get to them, informing law enforcement or whatever. Been trying to dig and I’m struggling to find the right FBC BV Kvk number. It’s like the registration is gone. There are others but seem to be completely different things. Same goes for the info for the Dutch Administrative Court docket for the ongoing appeal. Pretty sure they are still in the hole for the £840,000 but I’d like to see the fillings. I did find one article claiming CB Investments BV was the parent company of Freebitco, maybe a shell? but it’s registered obviously in the Netherlands as well but is an orange county California real estate company. I found a site saying it’s based in Curaçao (https://en.datocapital.com/cw/companies/Cb-Investments-Bv.html) Finding kvk numbers for the appropriate companies can lead to finding names and shareholders possibly on the kvk.nl site but it costs so it’s gotta be the right one.

Yeah, that is right. People slowly know what happened to their site and will not return to play there. I thought the same as you that they were the same person or group because the potential buyer will check everything before they buy and make sure that they will not get into any problems. Not just naive, but they are too greedy. People here already know what happened to the site. Many of them don't get their money after asking and waiting for a withdrawal.

Most likely, it is managed. Let me explain my position:
when the OWNER of a domain changes, this information is recorded in the registrars' records. And it is also visible as something like “01.01.2025 owner changed.”
Here, in the domain information, we only see the initial registration date and subsequent renewals, without any additional information.
At the same time, it should be understood that the legal responsibility for the domain lies with the actual legal owner—the person to whom it is registered. If the actual owners decided to leave the business, they would transfer ownership to new owners to minimize risks, rather than keeping it for themselves.
