the validators are also part from the community of VoxelX but after they are considered validators only after they have been verified as specialists in their field ( The Verification is the a task of VoxelX team)
The validation is not an easy job, a validator should prove all the linked data with a case or with the DICOM images. These data are consisting of the case profile data, the annotations, the customized data, and the recall data.For every single verified data the validator will be awarded with GRAY as profit for his work.

Actually we did not change our Whitepaper but rather we improved it and released a new version of it and I found this totally normal

Its actually good that you keep updating and improving whitepaper,as info there is not set in stone,and when things change,or you develop something new,its a good thing to reflect it there as well

The bonuses at the ico stage are reserved only for large purchases as follows:
>= 50 ETH 3.75%
>= 100 ETH 5%
>= 250 ETH 7.50%
>= 500 ETH 10.00%

In the pre-ico there will be extra 20% bonus for all amounts
