For now no doubt. Bitcoin probably will not recover even until the end of this year.
And while we wait, some altcoins with small marketcap start getting support. Not all altcoins, but you can find them on Top100 coins.

Bitcoin does not grow because of the constant rape of whales by its dumps. These price jumps undermine interest in Bitcoin, investors panic and sell their savings, and new investors do not enter. All altcoins are tied to the price of Bitcoin and so if the price of Bitcoin does not grow, then the price growth for other cryptocurrencies is not worth waiting for.

Yes, if you also have divided your money equally into Bitcoin. Going all in into just altcoins would increase your risk while investing in a coin like Bitcoin with it will reduce your risk. Since the altcoin prices are still coupled with the prices of Bitcoin I will say you should invest in Bitcoin too till then.

That's correct, no matter how promising an altcoin ... It wouldn't be as good as Bitcoin , you should manage your bankroll very well to avoid a huge loss at once. I think that altcoins are the best way of investment now, but you have to have sufficient funds for investment. If you invest a decent amount and buy in between 15 to 20 high potential coins then it would be for when the market goes in bull trend again.

There are many altcoins which is a good investment and in near future, it will give some profit but there are many bad altcoins it depends on where you invest. And do you know where you invest? Not really. Altcoin is a good way to invest money if you are 100% sure of it. If you are in doubt, it is better to leave money in bitcoin or split it equally.
