Because the market is down, I could say inbesting in atcoins are way better compared to investing in Ico. The reason is because you no longer need to wait more than the one who invested in ICO to see a price increase. In addition, there are lot of coins that their prices is lower than what is in ICO.

I think it is optional for the investor if he thinks altcoins are a better investment than bitcoin is. I can't disagree or agree with them however. I think altcoins and bitcoins are good investments as of now nonetheless if we would consider the fact that there are a lot of things that put bitcoin in a higher perspective than altcoins and vice versa.
