They are also trying to partner with big peoples in the crypto industry and also attract investors. Guys they are collecting email responses from those whitepapers so that they can total the number of interested people just by opening thier wp. Maybe after they collected those emails they might be sending direct messages to those email addresses regarding the projdct development and other important info about the said project.
