At several nearly days, Ethereum network meeting stuck with high gwei and fees because they have  a lot transaction of smart contract. Will Dispatch Labs can solved it, even i know they have fast transaction, but any case can happen.

Yes. They are working for it but they have also experiencing difficulties now as they were still not able to provide some good promotions like bounties. Although the team have promised that they are fixing some legal and technical aspects on this. I saw a lot of things and I can tell that users always need to watch closely team. There were also such cases that the team actively developed the project, and then one day was just gone with all the raised funds.
