You're right about that, but sometimes it's worth to make that short term profit. Crypto is mostly hype, so the most hyped coin wins the battle.

Indeed, just go with the flow and after you got the profit, jumped to the other potentially hyped projects. It surely was a lot riskier so it was only applicable for those people who are eager and willing to lose.

so, beware everyone, do not put your money to shitcoins if you want to hold it for long term

I agree, I think investors should be more serious and selective about the projects they invest in, I'm not saying that they can't choose what they want, but it would be benefitial for the market to support the projects that really look legit and reliable, those should be the ones that growth bigger and faster.
