Sell if the ICO is not successful and hold if it is doing well in the market. Most ICOs who fail from their campaign period usually results to token dump in the market though some recovers I think it is much safer to sell these tokens right away but If they plan to fund the tokens or something that could affect their token value in the market positively then you should consider holding until then.

First of all, it depends upon on our decision or choice because every people have a different opinions. For me i want to hold it because the price of crypto currency is not stable, sometimes up or down. Also it depends in market price value, you hold it if the price being down and sell it if the price being up according to the normal price of your crypto currency. when the price of altcoin we hold is decreasing then just hold it until the price rises again and usually takes months and no need to panic with the price reduction is already reasonable,if enough capital you can buy more
