I think holding is the best decision.  We see that already some altcoins price are increasing day by day. It will raise more & more in near future. So if you don't have any urgency, just continue to holding.

For me it really depends on a situation, because if you really need money then you have to decide to sell it while the price is still good. If you invest in an ICO or in a coin, what I believe is hold and if the price is dropping especially in a beer market, what I do is to buy more, as to increase my average. With this if the price should get back to the ICO price, you are already in profit.

If you do not know how to trade in the crypto currency market, then you definitely need to keep coins. And wait for a good market growth. And only then decide on the sale. In order to make money on your investments - you need to be able to wait (unless of course you have invested money in some kind of shitcoin).

had you researched thoroughly on your altcoin and is positive that it will yield good results then it is better to hold the coins for long. Otherwise, sell it on the first pump because after pumping we will see the correction so before correction is the good time to sell.

Try to assess the bottom if you can do some TA. I cut most of my losses even though I'm still way up from where I started, I've changed my tactics aswell since 2018 will likely see heavy institutional money flowing into BTC. So i'm sticking with; BTC, ADA, Waves and IOTA. Not gonna mess around on the alts market anymore its to dependent on BTC and since BTC forks a lot and also will likely go way beyond where it is now, I don't want to risk it. by seeing the market condition is low, I think the best way is hold. wait until the market goes  up and the price is high. then you can sell it.

depending on your belief in the price of the coin you have if you believe that the coin will go back up, I suggest to hold it until the price you want is achieved, but if you are not sure the price will go up, then I suggest you to cut loss before you lose more

if you have faith in all of your coins why need to bother?market is just experiencing fluctuations and we dont have to panicked,hold the coins if it has a potential for growth,but if none the sell them all and find another coins that can give you profit,this is the cycle of cutting losses

I advise you not to sell coins when the price is low.  It is better to hold and sell when the price rises again.

Its really depends on situation that happening in that moment. If the price is right and above ICO Price I think you can sell your coin. But if the price is low and under the ICO price you must hold your coin, because its really not worth it to sell it, if you sell it you will lost

I do think many are still holding bitcoins. As of the moment it would be a loss if you will just sell immediately the coins that you have. There was no great increase and neither was there any drop that had been so low going back from 9,000$ to 6,000$ or 7,000$. This would suggest that people are just waiting for it to rise again in value. So I think it is better to hold for a moment.
