I am too always holding until there are profits. Might be a long wait but worth it. I bought Neo last summer and had to wait over half a year for it to rise but in the end it did...so holding will make alot of sense now due to unstability in the market

It depends on the coins you have....  If you think that coin has a gret potential to pump.... Why not holding it....  Even it takes time but if in the end it will earn lots better hold it than selling it with the low price....  You dont need to worrk much because prices usually change every minutes....  But the main secret when you are holding to avoid losses is to set your goal...  Or create a clear target...  Then if you reach it then it is the time you need to sell your coin...
