I'm very disappointed with Cloudbet and I'll never play here again.

About a year or so ago, when Cloudbet was my main place to play, occasionally I'd forget my password.  And every single time I clicked their automated "Forgot your password" type shit, they'd never actually send me the reset email.  I don't have it blocked, it's not in spam, yes it's the correct email: the last time I spoke with them, they even confirmed it was an issue on their side and that's why it didn't get sent (not before treating me like an idiot that couldn't read first, though.  They told me they'd have it fixed soon enough.  We're now more than a year later, so I decide to give it a try.

Nope.  Still doesn't work.  No password reset email at all.  So I message support, and once again, they don't even read my email and continue to treat me like an idiot.

This is twice now your support team has completely ignored my issue and pretended its my fault, even though they confirmed it was their fault the email never got sent the first time I messaged them about it a year ago.

This is ridiculous, and insulting.  It's 2017 who the fuck needs to be told how to reset a password?  NOBODY.  I KNOW how to reset a goddamn password, but maybe if your support team actually read messages they were sent, they'd know that I can't reset my password if you don't send me a password reset link.

I'm normally pretty happy with Cloudbet's service, even with the delayed withdrawals, however what I am not okay with, is someone from your Support team blaming me for your system not sending me a damn password reset email.  It's insulting.

I requested a password reset through your site shortly after receiving an email from Cloudbet saying all passwords were randomized, and we need to reset them.  I hopped on, did the "Forgot Your Password?" thing, entered my email, site said it was sent, and nothing in my inbox/spam/junk.  Nothing from Cloudbet ever goes in my Spam folder anyway.  I waited, no email.

Requested 2 more times, and waited a full 24 hours for the email, still nothing after 3 attempts now.

I messaged Support, and at first they couldn't figure out what it was, and then they send me this:

Saying it's MY FAULT that I didn't request it correctly?  Bullshit, it takes two clicks and an email to get a password reset link, and I requested one THREE times, and received one of these every single time: http://prntscr.com/brhmrb.  It's not my fault your site never sent me an email, and I certainly don't appreciate your Support team blaming me for it and treating me like an idiot.

Also, the link he said he sent me in the email was already inactive by the time I read the email, so I request yet another one, and I still have received nothing.

Has mixed positive and negative complaints. I believe they are still paying, else they would have a negative trust rating on their profile here already by a default trust member. But its definitely best to consider other options in the mean time if you are unsure.

Question about first deposit bonus. I already earn the 800 loyalty points but the 0.01 bitcoin haven't credited to my account. ( 0.01 bitcoin for every 800 loyalty points I earn). My first deposit was 0.05 bitcoin and that was last September 2016 (have to earn 800 loyalty points in one year). My question is, Is that bonus will instantly be credited to my account? If yes I haven't seen any proof that the first deposit bonus is already deposited. I already emailed this matter to our support and as of know, I haven't received a reply from the support.

@BlackMambaPH they have the worst support system and  it will take some days for them to respond to your queries.Their bonus system really does not have any clarity and they wont be providing the bonus every time you reach 800 points ,their bonus system is just a joke,in their TOS it says that the bonus will be directly credited to your account ,their live sports book is the only reason i am wagging in that site.

Last time I bet here was like a few weeks ago and I had no problems with the site. The withdrawals might be slow if your withdrawing a huge amount of btc. The only thing I see bad about the site is their support they really need a live support. Forgot to add that they're slow in grading bets.

Last time I bet here was like a few weeks ago and I had no problems with the site. The withdrawals might be slow if your withdrawing a huge amount of btc. The only thing I see bad about the site is their support they really need a live support. Forgot to add that they're slow in grading bets.

For me i never encounter such any problem regarding on withdrawals since by bets on their is pretty low only but im pretty sure that those who encounter such problem like that are those who withdraw such huge amount of btc and maybe devs of this site release the money manually.

But i would like to agree with your opinion there they really need a live support so that the problem will be taken action immediately so that people will be satisfy for cloudbet support service.

If you do have some proof, I am sure that will come down to only Betsoft being responsible as Cloudbet just uses their service, and doesn't make Cloudbet a scam site as well. This has happened before when a Blackjack dealer of a room provider ended up cheating and Cloudbet just discontinued using them.

Not only you guys have this problem and most gamblers do have really a problem regarding floating unconfirmed transactions.They wont really allow us to pile up more withdrawal request and you are right the main problem on here is the blockchain network on which there are lots of unconfirmed transactions.We cant do anything about it but we should patiently wait.

Placed a rather large bet .4 btc and over won and still not settled all I've seen is bad things since betting here again wtf is going on why do they not reply on any platforms has anyone won over 5btc and been paid out in the last 3 months I think im being scammed for thousands now, hope they resolve this

Just do some backread mate Cloudbet is little problematic site and they are not attaintive for it so better send more tickets as you can so that they will see you since i believe their are more people got some error upon playing at them and if you still doesn't satisfy for the result then much better to sue them and post some scam accusation so that this problem will be tagged by their players and the other gamblers.

I feel like the problem is on cloudbet's system and not on blockchain anymore because my deposit already had tons of confirmation. Already lost my money in the site for a couple of days now and their system doesn't still realize that my transaction already have confirmations. On other gambling sites I also experience long confirmation time but their system picks it up right away once it's confirmed. Here's a screenshot of my last deposit and the transaction.
