Cloudbet, did you slash your limits by half?

On live soccer I was able to bet/win 1.6BTC up until yesterday, now only half of it (0.8BTC) and on live NBA I was able to bet/win 5.2BTC and now only 2.6BTC. Also I cannot place more than 1 bet on the same outcome anymore while before yesterday this was still possible.
Is this temporary or lasting? And why did you do this? I thought you advertise with high limits?

Copa Libertadores soccer live (limits are only 0.8 BTC approximately at odds evens) and NBA moneyline live (limits are approximately 2.6 BTC at odds evens). Both those limits used to be the exact double amount of this up until 2 days ago.
Did you half your limits? If so why and will this be lasting?
I don't think I need to give you my account details, unless you limit customers individually which I don't think is the case?

24 hours? No, completely unacceptable. I moved the funds to access a better line for a bet. What kind of bitcoin website has 24 hour waits for payouts? The entire point of bitcoin gambling is to access your funds quickly and efficiently.... what a joke!!!!!

PLEASE. 24 hours for a bitcoin payout is ridiculous. Takes 3 seconds to send a payout. 3 seconds is all I'm asking.

I don't get how you can have an employee advertising on your twitter account but can't have 3 seconds to send a customer their funds? 3 seconds. I signed up for cloudbet under the impression it was an instant payout/deposit book like any other book... now my funds are just being hijacked... This is not how you build a customer base.

I like how I get 10 different emails telling me 'We're looking into this' today instead of just processing my payout.

It took them at least 30 seconds to send those 10 emails, and it would have taken 3 seconds to send a payout.

You've lost me as a customer until you can guarantee what payouts will be automatic like the rest of the bitcoin payouts in the industry, and which ones will arbitrarily will be held until someone decides to hit some keys into a computer 18 hours later.

You should change your bet placement process.

Replace the "place bet" button to "submit button"
On the next "page" :  "confirm button" and "cancel button"

This is how it works at every other sports bookmaker 
This is the standard method in the sport betting industry.

Also put a "Accept better odds" checkbox  (at least on live betting)

If the odds or line gets modified while  bet placement in progress  then you have to accept the bet with the better odds/line not the previous worse odds/line .
