It happened as always but they managed to fix each and yours has no exception but how many more hours you have to wait is i dunno know

Man I'm still waiting for more than 55 hours and still counting!!!
And the stressful point that they dont answer and keep ignoring me.. It's really not nice.. It feels so bad!!!!

and i have void bet win after 10 settled win, i got cancelled with nothing againts rules.  AFTER SETTLED WIN ( no suspened match,no incident just normal game and u cancelled my slip. and retract my balance  Angry Angry Angry

bet placemet in Ie11  still does not work (i cleared all data, login, try to place, so i went back this time to firefox,  i have to always login/logout clear cache and change browser  to be able to place a bet chrome/firefox,ie)

As I see cloudbet started limiting thrir users or me

while i can see max stake: 2.573 BTC i could place only 0.5 BTC because if i gave higher stake i got "Please reduce your stake and try again."

Earlier cloudbet adjusted the stake to max stake but now you have to figure out what is your max stake ( for example typing:  1.0,  0.9, 0.8, 0.7 ,0.6, 0.5 and click to place button )


If you try to place another bet on the same market you will get the same error:  "Please reduce your stake and try again."    
You have to reduce your stake below  0.03 BTC to be able to place another bet on the same market . Earlier  in this case you got other type of error:  you have already placed a bet on this market so we removed it from your betslip .   So you could not place another bet on the same market , now you can under 0.03 BTC  Wink   (or perhaps you could place earlier too if you used other browser with cleared cache/cookie)

You don't have any proof, no screenshot, no bet ID or transaction. There's nothing anybody here can do for you.
Start a scam accusation if you want in the relevent part of this forum but if you have no proof you'll likely get shot down.

well i sent them on email.. you want to proof.  okay you got it.


bet id : 1917580 Zalaegerszegi TE V NK Rudar Velenje, i Bet over 0.5 halftime when time is 6min. stake is 0.036 with odd 1.55
and then goal happens in minutes aroud 15-17. and total half time is 2-1.
my slip has settled and i got my balance back 0.056. i spent it on another match etc.

suddenly after 10-15 min i loss my balance and its make me confuse so ichecked my bet history, i think my another bet is lose and i realized the status of this match has changed "cancelled"

so i email their support, and the funny when u reply my post they reply my email after 5days LOL they said :
" the bets cancelled because incorrect odd and refer to specifically "human error/system problems" "

the problem is :
1. the cancelled after settled my slip and retract my balance, how if at the time i cash out all my balance?? they will begging to sent it back or they will cut in another deposit LOL, maybe i got negative balance.
2. when the reason "human error/system problems" its make me unsecured coz they can void my slip anytime use that reason, they must take responsibility for they failure system or maybe compensation unless the mistake from the member (cheat,fraud or anything to cheat the system) so im out from cloudbet. its no doubt cloudbet its legit after 2 years i play in cloudbet but i dont trust it anymore.

and no need for start scam acussation. only share my problem here.

Still no response here nor through email.


EDIT:

It seems the chances for slots have been drastically lowered. I've lost a total of 6+btc from what I see in March. I barely got any bonus games and even then they dont payout like before.

Before at the least they had enough chances to recover close to what was deposited.

Now its a blessing to get 10% back.

Not mentioning the facts that Im owed 2 bonus games on sperate games for .02 at max bet and so on

Considering what I read about members also trying to bet on games getting bets pushed down + members payouts getting reduced ratios, it seems pretty shady once again that cloudbet is doing this purposely


I started on cloudbet when there was a lot of negative reviews and posts similar to whats happening right now but it seemed to payout/play fairly however now its just complete BS.


They keep removing and adding the jackpot slots (what a surprise its after bonus games arent credited), bets on games are lowered payouts, etc

Seems like before they kept the amount loss in slots on recorded to continue n but now it seems everything is reset after closed.


I find it odd that they keep having issues like this.


I recommend people to stop using their site until they respond, fix, and credit users back for this crap.

I know after today I will never play on this site again unless I see a fair adjustment to everything including my missing bonus games.

just for FYI, Your website is goddamn slow when it comes to depositing money. I've used other websites and deposit goes through in less than 5 minutes but on your website I have to wait for 3 confirmations which is really uncool when my favorite game is about to start in less than an hour. Do you really think you're going to attract users with this kind of delay?

User deposit, it should show in their account as soon as system sees it in blockchain. They shouldn't have to wait for 30 minutes just to place a bet. You deposit, you place a bet and when system sees bitcoin it just adds it to user's account. It's just numbers. You can let them place a bet even when system says "it's processing deposit", it'll make things faster for everyone and everyone will be happy. All casino sites do it.

Good lord, what a garbage website. After using it for one bet (which I won) I swear I'm never coming back to this website again. There is delay on everything. Deposit comes too late, site gives an error while placing a bet, winning doesn't show in your deposit right away (takes 20 minutes before it shows that you won) reading FA

Hello,

After making two bets today, Cloudbet deducted much more money/Bitcoin from my balance than what I risked with my bets.  So, as of now, CloudBet has taken Bitcoin from me for no reason.  I have sent an email to customer support asking why this would happen and for it to get fixed.  I haven't heard back yet.  If there is a CloudBet person on this forum, I'd love to know what happened and how I can get my balance corrected.

The other problem is that I don't see on CloudBet where I can see a running historical total of my balance after each bet.  So, I'm working off my memory as to what my balance was before CloudBet took my Bitcoin and what it should be, although I'm pretty sure i know about what it was and should be.
