I'm seriously pissed off right now with all this delay and you still could not get this right!! LOOK CLOSELY AT THE DATE OF THE WAGER THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GRADED A WIN. If you actually click the link in my bet history you would see the giants won 6-5 in extra innings.

That's totally unfair. That was the only game available in your baseball games at the time of wager. The listed pitcher was Bumgarner and Arrieta but you did not have that in your list so your customers would obviously think it is for game 3.

Yesterday when deposited wasn't aware of your first deposit bonus and made two different deposits close each other ( 15 minutes delay between the two) and by a similar amount 0.944BTC and 0.925BTC because I have my BTC stored in different "places".

If your happy with getting back $6.365~ after spending $509~ (0.8btc) then fine, be my guest and use them. While you can be receiving much more valuable and free things for this same amount of money with any other bitcoin casino.

I made a deposit couple of weeks ago, but after a while I tried withdraw my funds back. GL with that because they only do things in their favor and don't give a rat's axis about it's customer's and their difficulties that they have with the never ending issues that their poorly implemented site has.
I would suggest that you avoid them at all costs and spend your hard earned money somewhere else who appreciates their customers and how much they actually spend at their business. that actually gives you something extra if you end up losing at their stupid games that they end up playing on you.

mBitCasino has never given out loyalty points from sports betting. In some of my early days playing there, I've emailed support about it and they said it might come in their new sportsbook (coming soon, from now anyway). If you wager 100 BTC in their sportsbook, your get nothing (they did/do offer extremely good odds though, probably the lowest margin bitcoin bookie (not counting fairlay). If your talking about casino games, that would probably be best done at another site with better rewards. Cloudbet's main focus is sportsbetting AFAIK.

I think its a huge demand and a failure of system. Its one of the first sportsbook that I visited when I got introduced to bitcoin, so I am sure its the same for most of the people. However its also a failed system because they are not able to effectively check for Hackers or people taking advantage of the system, which I believe is the reason for them to manually grade a lot of bets.

I believe it would change on how much money they have. They don't go all in against any customer. But the limit should probably be close to 1-5 BTC.
