I don't even trust my own mother. I'm fine.
This was a 'spam' post to get my count up so I can post my one and only single contribution to this site in a thread for BFL orders.

isn't this a little bit too much, my friend has made quite a few transactions with strangers and his wallet has always been fine.

If eve-online economy thought me one thing then it is that you can't trust any one.
Most common misconception: Trust is something you earn ? Everybody has there price, especially in a so called faceless world. (aka the tubes) Even people you worked with for years might turn if the right price comes in front of them at right time.
Does that mean you stop trading and dealing with people ? Not at all, best counter to scammers is to minimizing and spreading risk. Spread payments, Spread savings, use third party, look for track records. Don't be lazy ... do your own homework.
Ask any eve player. 3/5 Newbie Posts, +1 on opp

If you don't trust anynone, well.. you will never do any bitcoin transacion, because of fear of getting scam.. That's why we use escrow service and so on.. All these little tricks help us to going on even if you don't trust your vendor..

If you are thinking that I might not be trustworthy, since I am writing this post about the issue, you are approaching the appropriate level of paranoia.
Such a wonderful line. Thanks for all the helpful tips!

I believe there are levels of safety and trust that are inherent in any economic system/society. Trust is hard to determine behind a white screen that is barely an inch think (computer screen that is), however, bear in mind that most of us at one point or another have gone to a bank teller. You know, the person barely making $25,000 a year who has complete access to your bank credit cards, account and savings numbers, mortgage and car loan. The matter of trust is relative. They are paid to smile at you, not paid to be trusted. This seems to also be the case in the Bitcoin world. There must be some level of trust for it to work, but foolishness will end in exploitation. I believe the poster is offering up an intelligent guideline to maintain that balance.
Be smart about it. Keep honest, but trust your instincts.
Tis all for now, SLS62

Trust seems to be the reason that the previous economic system has totally failed. (Some) people are untrustworthy; and always will be.
