Die Auszahlung hat so lange den Status "sending" wie sie vom Zahlungsprovider geprüft wird. Erst dann wird das Geld von Kraken freigegeben und vom Provider ausgezahlt.
Und genau bei dieser Prüfung hängt die Auszahlung nun wohl. Was, warum und wie lange das wohl dauern kann ist Kraken mir leider nicht in der Lage zu sagen.

Kraken ist ja gerade dabei ihren "Payment Provider" für ausgewählte Länder, darunter auch Österreich, zu wechseln. Eventuell sind die Probleme/Verzögerungen, die du jetzt zu spüren bekommst, auch darauf zurückzuführen? Solche Änderungen bedingen ja meistens die Adaption interner Prozesse, das kann doch ab und an zu Problemen führen, gerade bei Firmen in der Größenordnung von Kraken.

Meine letzte "größere" (5-stellig) Auszahlung war im Dezember, da gabs keinerlei Probleme, bin gespannt, ob sich das mit der Umstellung des Payment Providers nun ändert ... Habe die unkomplizierten Auszahlungen bei Kraken bisher sehr geschätzt!

Das ist auch das erste mal, dass ich Probleme habe. Drei Auszahlungen in den 1.5 Wochen, die die selbe Größenordnung hatten, gingen problemlos durch.
Der Support wartet jetzt erstmal 5 Arbeitstage ab, bevor sie etwas unternehmen wollen.

Jetzt hat sich wenigstens irgendwas getan. Nun hat die Auswahlung den Status "Failure", nur ein Grund dafür ist nicht angegeben. Also wieder den Support anschreiben und abwarten.

"Your recent EUR withdrawal failed because of a tech issue.  ... Please resubmit the transaction"

Withdrawal erneut eingegeben -> Geld 3 Minuten später auf dem Konto :-)

Kraken hat gestern eine eigene Wallet veröffentlicht. die neue selbstverwaltete 'Kraken Wallet' (für ios und android) steht sowohl Kraken nutzern als auch nicht nutzern zur verfügung.
die wallet wird zunächst acht Blockchains unterstützen, darunter Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Optimism, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon und Dogecoin.
