Die Auszahlung hat so lange den Status "sending" wie sie vom Zahlungsprovider geprüft wird. Erst dann wird das Geld von Kraken freigegeben und vom Provider ausgezahlt.
Und genau bei dieser Prüfung hängt die Auszahlung nun wohl. Was, warum und wie lange das wohl dauern kann ist Kraken mir leider nicht in der Lage zu sagen.

Kraken ist ja gerade dabei ihren "Payment Provider" für ausgewählte Länder, darunter auch Österreich, zu wechseln. Eventuell sind die Probleme/Verzögerungen, die du jetzt zu spüren bekommst, auch darauf zurückzuführen? Solche Änderungen bedingen ja meistens die Adaption interner Prozesse, das kann doch ab und an zu Problemen führen, gerade bei Firmen in der Größenordnung von Kraken.

Meine letzte "größere" (5-stellig) Auszahlung war im Dezember, da gabs keinerlei Probleme, bin gespannt, ob sich das mit der Umstellung des Payment Providers nun ändert ... Habe die unkomplizierten Auszahlungen bei Kraken bisher sehr geschätzt!

Das ist auch das erste mal, dass ich Probleme habe. Drei Auszahlungen in den 1.5 Wochen, die die selbe Größenordnung hatten, gingen problemlos durch.
Der Support wartet jetzt erstmal 5 Arbeitstage ab, bevor sie etwas unternehmen wollen.

Jetzt hat sich wenigstens irgendwas getan. Nun hat die Auswahlung den Status "Failure", nur ein Grund dafür ist nicht angegeben. Also wieder den Support anschreiben und abwarten.

Withdrawal erneut eingegeben -> Geld 3 Minuten später auf dem Konto :-)

Kraken hat gestern eine eigene Wallet veröffentlicht. die neue selbstverwaltete 'Kraken Wallet' (für ios und android) steht sowohl Kraken nutzern als auch nicht nutzern zur verfügung.
die wallet wird zunächst acht Blockchains unterstützen, darunter Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Optimism, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon und Dogecoin.

Kraken is pleased to announce that we have entered into a strategic partnership with DLT Finance (DLTF), the brand under which DLT Securities GmbH and DLT Custody GmbH offer leading BaFin-licensed digital asset brokerage and custodian services. This partnership enables us to provide new, innovative and tailored crypto products to German clients who, through Kraken powered by DLT Finance, will still be able to access the superior user experience, market leading liquidity, and customer support to which they are accustomed.

Currently starting from July 10, 2024*, crypto services will be powered by our partner, DLT Finance, and fiat (banking deposit and withdrawal) services will be provided by Payward Ireland Limited, a Kraken group company.

As part of this change, subject to your consent, your supported crypto assets, account information and trade history will be migrated to DLTF. In order to ensure a seamless transition and maintain access to your services, we will request additional information in the coming weeks to re-verify and update your account. You will have until June 08, 2024* to provide this information and re-verify your account or your open positions will be closed and trading will be restricted.

Changes to Crypto Services

DLT Securities GmbH and DLT Custody GmbH have been authorized by BaFin to provide digital asset brokerage and custodian services. As a result, some crypto services for German clients will be impacted, including slightly reduced asset support (including NFTs). The Terms of Service can be found here.


Changes to Fiat Services

Payward Ireland Limited, trading as Kraken, is authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide e-money services throughout the European Economic Area. This means that Kraken looks forward to continuing to expand our cash funding options to make your experience better than ever before. For more information on e-money services and what it means for you, please see here. From July 10, 2024*, you will contract with Payward Ireland Limited for fiat payment services. In order to facilitate your continued use of fiat payment services (bank deposits and withdrawals), Payward Ireland Limited will process your personal data as data controllers in line with Kraken’s Privacy Notice.


What if I don’t want to transfer to Kraken powered by DLTF?

If you do not wish to transfer to Kraken powered by DLT Finance, your open positions will be closed and trading will be restricted from June 08, 2024*. You will be required to withdraw all fiat** and crypto assets from your Kraken account before July 10, 2024*. If your assets are not withdrawn before this date and you do not wish to transfer to Kraken powered by DLT Finance, you must contact Kraken Support to close your account and withdraw your assets.

 

**NOTE: Even if you do not transfer to Kraken powered by DLT Finance, you will, from July 10, 2024*, contract with Payward Ireland Limited, trading as Kraken, for e-money services as more fully described in (Annex G of the Kraken Terms of Service). To reflect this change the Kraken Terms of Service will be updated to include Annex G (Payward Ireland Limited’s services) and add Payward Ireland Limited as a Kraken service provider for e-money services. If you do not transfer to Kraken powered by DLT Finance by July 10, 2024* and you have not closed your Kraken account, you will be deemed to have agreed to the new Kraken Terms of Service as of that date. In order to facilitate your continued use of e-money services, Payward Ireland Limited will process your personal data as data controllers in line with Kraken’s Privacy Notice.

Ich habe das mit Kraken woanders im Forum gelesen, und da du noch keine Antwort bekamst, kommentiere ich kurz auch wenn ich nicht betroffen bin.

Es betrifft in diesem Fall nur Deutschland, aber eine der Hauptfolgen neben der erneuten Verifizierung wird sein, dass einige Coins delisted werden. Kraken sucht sich wohl derzeit Partner in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern, um nicht selbst eine Lizenz beantragen zu müssen, die es ja ab dem In-Kraft-Treten der MiCa benötigt. Und in Deutschland ist das DLT Finance, die dann den Börsendienst für deutsche Kunden offiziell betreibt.

Unter den entfernten Coins befindet sich beispielsweise Monero, was vielleicht auf die AML Directive zurückführbar ist, die allerdings ja erst 2027 in Kraft treten soll und Privacy Coin-Accounts einschränkt oder verbietet (interessant, dass Dash supported wird, obwohl es ja als Privacy Coin gilt). Allerdings auch ein paar andere recht beliebte Coins wie Optimism. Es könnte sein, dass da tatsächlich die Whitepaperpflicht der MiCa der Grund ist - "Issuer" von Coins, die nicht nur dezentral per Mining verteilt werden (wie Bitcoin) und auch keine reinen Utility Tokens sind, müssen ja ein Whitepaper der zuständigen EU-Behörde hinterlegen, sonst dürfen ihre Coins in der EU nicht gehandelt werden. Es ist ja die abgespeckte Prospektpflicht, die wir schon mal diskutiert hatten.

Ich habe das mit Kraken woanders im Forum gelesen, und da du noch keine Antwort bekamst, kommentiere ich kurz auch wenn ich nicht betroffen bin.

Haben wir (unter anderem) hier diskutiert, ja: Kraken und DLT Finance in Deutschland

Kurz zusammengefasst gehe ich auch davon aus, dass Kraken sich nun in den verschiedenen Ländern Partner mit BaFin-Lizenz sucht. Kraken darf rein rechtlich aber die bereits erhobenen KYC-Daten nicht so ohne weiteres weitergeben (bzw. hat die hoffentlich in einer Form abgelegt, die eine Weitergabe weitestgehend verunmöglichen), wodurch es zu einer Re-KYC-ung (was für ein Wort ...) durch DLT kommen muss.

Ich bin gespannt wie sich das in weiterer Folge auch für Österreich auswirkt, auch hier hat Kraken mWn. keine Banklizenz gelöst. DLT darf auf der anderen Seite aber sicherlich den Dienst nicht einfach so für österreichische Kunden anbieten.
