I learned to type on a "typewriter" but I never used *two spaces* so am not sure where that idea came from.

(I am 46 so I guess that makes me a good candidate to be BCNext also)

google "typewriter spaces after period"

Ukigo is BCNext. I wasn't saying anything about it in respect to his identity, but since salsacz keeps talking about it it's no secret anymore.
Decrits' project is most likely NXT itself

Although it's remotely possible that Ukigo is BCNext, Decrits is definitely not nxt because Decrits is my baby and I'm definitely not BCNext. A fixed supply is against everything I've complained about on btctalk for the last 3 years. I don't know what motive Ukigo would have for helping me with decrits while furiously coding nxt during the same time frame though.

Can someone help me?
I recently purchased some NXT from cryptsy, however in my solaris client under account they still have not appeared.
It has been an hour.
It looks like the withdrawal has been confirmed.
My account # is 9090792786851508496.
Help?

*this is my first use of NXT

9090792786851508496

No such number

Check again?

That is my account number in solaris, I just created it today.
Is it possible it has just not been put into the blockchain sites yet?

*EDIT nevermind I just clicked on your link

Try faucet to get some nxt

http://nxtra.org/faucet/

It baffels me that the faucet still has NXT to give :O

I also have never heard of this rule.
However, being the last year to even get typewriter lessons (and still able to make a magazine using tape and scissors and a Hectograph Smiley) it may be that standards at that time had already slipped.

I miss the sound of a typewriter...

If you spot any spelling or grammar errors, these are easily sorted.  I do have a full time job as well as trying to get this project completed too.

It seems that I hadn't paid proper attention about the idea of the random numbers that were being suggested (they are actually hashes of random numbers with the *actual* numbers being delivered later).

I am now starting to warm to the idea (provided that the range of these numbers is large enough - say 64 bit at least).

This is one of the ideas: distributing signed hashes into the blocks. This guarantees the correctness of the later-to-be-revealed random numbers (rr).

It is one thing to trust the rr generators, it is another thing to trust the users of these rr.

I am still not convinced that the rr users (probably the forger of the "randomizer block") cannot cheat the system as they could do without it. We are still missing something here.

In the morning worked normally, cleared cache, nothing helped. No errors or messages regarding SSL. Very strange Sad

EDIT: tried with firefox, the same problem. Nonsense, but maybe my ISP f..ing DNS matter. All other pages work without any problem.

I've done 4 NXT withdrawals on Cryptsy. 1 took about 2 hours, 2 took about 24 hours each, and 1 took almost a week. the one that took a week was due to a glitch in their (still very new) NXT market. I put in a support ticket after a couple days; they responded quickly and eventually resolved the issue. I used to use Dgex but at this point have switched to Cryptsy for my NXT purchases, and am glad they added NXT. In any case, I wouldn't worry unless the wait is getting significantly longer than 24 hours.

It is unacceptable for longer than twenty-four hours
Good luck to you

Wow, ok so maybe the server banned your IP (unlikely)
or your ISP fucked with your line?

Very strange indeed

Though I come from the post typewriter era, I have heard of this rule. Maybe it's not as universal as I thought, though.
