(because ltc and doge sharing the same technology?)

Edit - mastercoins and Counterparty do not have their own blockchains and have to piggyback Bitcoin for a free ride. And bitcoin is not happy about it.

I would be tempted with "Closed TestNet" and "Open Testnet" too. It isn't right that a closed testnet should be considered equal to our 'fully open shiny new testnet that everyone can play with'  Ours works and everyone who cares to look can see it.

Or, I suppose you could just add a note to the 'in progress' to say it is a closed testnet, that would work too

Maybe add owe blockchains or not. This will separate us from mastercoins and Counterparty alike.
