Phasing allows to get rid of cold wallets, it also extends multisig feature by adding more "decentralization". Can we use it somehow for promotion?

For now anyways: forging. Leased forging will run into the same problems as Bitcoin, but hopefully we will have nodecoin by then.

Forging supports big accounts. There is no incentive to forge with small ones. Btw. the mining project is quite successful.  Technically, the less forgers forging = higher payout per forger. Thus, NXT will never really "die" (unless people stop using it) because the less stake forging, the more money is to be made by forging per stake. Are you talking about the NXT multipool? Basically J-L will continue to do what he has been doing. He is just dropping the job that he got voted into a few weeks ago for the reasons he has stated. In terms of development, no changes. That in itself is not a good thing, as it means we still are relying on a very narrow developers base. |

Every time I get a bit down or concerned about the future of this project, I just take a look at this thread and now to the other forum and my confidence restores immediately.
